Worst experience EVER. They robbed me of my security deposit. I've been calling every other day to speak with a manager/ supervisorthere's. reps. keep telling me to call later or they're not in right now. I rented a car for 4 days in Orlando. When I got on the shuttle, i received a text about the keys being lost and the car being excessively dirty. I sent the keys back with the shuttle bus driver. So I expected my money to be refunded back to my account. This company charged me $300. Stating that the car was excessively dirty. How? Anybody driving a car in the rain is going to have a dirty car and it rained everyday. When i called to enquire about the $300.00 charge, I asked the phone rep. Was I supposed to have the car washed before i returned it and he said Yes. What car rental does that and where in the contract does it state that I need to wash the car before i return it ? In addition the excessive cost $300. Is ridiculous. I want every dime of my money back, I'm tired of getting the run around with these phone representatives, and if I don't have my money refunded back to my account I'm going to sue the company plus damages. Run me my $300. ADVANTAGE. Oh by the way the name

I rented from advantage in Las Vegas. I got a great rate and surprisingly a nice, new car. I had to problems. First. They said that insurance was mandatory which was going to double the cost of my rental. I said that I had comp/collision insurance and was able to prove it by going online. I was never shown anything regarding the price or cost. But I did sign the pad. When I returned my car and saw the bill, I was charged $30 for roadside assistance and $6 for airport transfer fee. I have AAA and had no need for the roadside assistance. Also, I walked across the street so I didn't need the airport transfer fee. I'm still trying to get this removed but I doubt I will be successful.

I have to give Advantage credit for providing good service and being kind to customers. It was my first time renting from Advantage since I normally stick with a different rental company but their rates for the period I vacationed in San Diego were higher and I opted to go with Advantage for a change. And it was a good choice. The check-in was just normal procedure and done in timely manner. The guy who showed me to my first car was kind enough to switch it for a different one that had leather seats and a sunroof.And I love driving a car with a sunroof in a city like San Diego. The return was easy and quick. I can truly say that I had a good experience. Good job, Advantage.

Double charged. Waited for over an hour. Finally given a minivan when I reserved a compact vehicle. When I asked to get a vehicle type that I reserved I got sent back to the never ending line. Asked to cancel order to just rent from one of the many other options. Have been waiting an hour for a manager to arrive so they can do refund. Very shady. You have so so many other options.

Being a frequent traveler, I was 100% not looking forward to not renting from my normal car company. Surprisingly my Advantage made me feel comfortable from the very start. She pulled up my reservation quickly and did not force upgrades and extras on me. I enjoyed our quick encounter. I then proceeded to the cars and spoke with another agent who was engaging and got me to my car quickly. I will use Advantage again when I need a rental and if I get the same treatment you have a new customer!
