Theater is nice. Not enough trash cans or needs to be emptied more often. Like the self serve ordering. Seems better because the staff can focus on getting your order. But be careful they forget stuff still.

For the high-end place it is located at. The movie experience was horrible compared to other theaters. Walking in walls are dark and unlit. I checked in and had to go back past the ticket scanner to order my food since there was no cashier like McDonalds these days with self ordering. Much colder unwelcoming experience. Walking to the movie theater room was even bleaker and felt like walking through a bomb shelter.

What a disappointment. This theater is a far cry from the Arclight experience it once represented. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and completely out of paper towels. I notified a staff member, who casually told me they already knew about it. Ten minutes later, I returned and nothing had been done. To make matters worse, there wasn’t even a feminine hygiene receptacle in the restroom stall. The concession area wasn’t any better. The floors were sticky, the butter station was covered in grease spills, and there was no salt available anywhere. Somehow they were also “out” of the kid-sized popcorn boxes. The entire food area felt neglected and dirty. The staff seemed uninterested, rude, and completely indifferent to guest concerns. Customer service was practically nonexistent. Inside the auditorium, the temperature was uncomfortably warm throughout the movie. The lobby and hallways were also crowded with people loitering, making the whole place feel chaotic and poorly managed. Overall, the theater felt dirty, understaffed, and poorly maintained. It’s sad to see what has become of a location that once carried the Arclight name and reputation. I won’t be rushing back.

Top Notch!!! If you can figure out the confusing labyrinth of parking structure, and find the AMC Theater itself (top level over in a corner) it's beautiful. Only complaint for the movie we saw was the 30 minutes of "previews" and commercials in beginning. (Not an exaggeration, like 29 minutes of B.S.) But it's a gorgeous setting, very very clean and modern theater. Treat yourself 😊

Dolby Theater really does elevate the experience from standard cinema. Friendly and competent staff, clean location.
