This used to be our "go to" theater of choice, but I am not too eager to go to this location again. Over the last 6 to 8 months, there has been a marked decline in service, cleanliness and over maintenance of this facility. For a period of three months, the fryers were "undergoing maintenance" so they could not serve a majority of the offering on their menu board. I guess they finally got that fixed because they were working this weekend but...when you order food and see that the person handling your food is COMPLETELY DRENCHED IN SWEAT (I mean literally, his shirt was completely wet and sticking to his body), you no longer want it. It was disgusting to look at. The floor behind the counter was covered in litter and the restrooms were disgusting. Obviously, cleanliness is not important to the management.

San Diego’s best kept secret. Just 15 minutes from Kearny/Clairemont neighborhood, and 25 minutes from downtown, this conveniently located theater gives us the best moviegoing experience. It checks all the boxes: ✅ big comfy seats with recline ✅ free membership with amazing perks ✅ alcoholic beverages ✅ movie-loving audiences ✅ great easy parking Our go-to spot for date night and new films. Haven’t had a bad experience yet.

This theater has gone way downhill. Understaffed. Under maintained. Prices just as high. The seats are in such disrepair — peeling seats, holes in seats, tables patched up with packaging tape?! Plus, after having bought your tickets online (which has an online fee already), one has to stand in the long line at the cafe to check in even if you’re not buying anything. So disappointing. This used to be my favorite theater but will go elsewhere from now on.

I had a great time went with some friends. We've been planning this for months. Got our tickets reserved showed up. There was no line, surprisingly to get food or drinks seats were clean. Theater was clean. We enjoyed ourselves had a fantastic night. Not much more needs to be said if you're looking for a good time to watch a movie at prices are a little bit high on the tickets.But besides that, I mean, everything else was worth it.

My family and I love going to this theater. We really slept on using their membership for all the times we would frequent this theater. Great deals, great service. Today, especially, we are so happy with Suzie, the General Manager at this theater. We purchased tickets last week to see a movie this morning and with less than an hour to go before showtime, my daughter became so sick we weren’t going to be able to make it. I wasn’t able to refund the tickets since it was less than an hour but I thought I would send an email asking about an exchange I tickets for a future showing. If it didn’t happen, no big deal, we’d still come back another day and buy tickets. Suzie was able to refund the tickets and open the seats to anyone else that may want to buy them. She didn’t have to do that I am so grateful she was able to refund the tickets. Not many places will do that! We will be back as soon as my daughter is better! Thank you, Suzie and Angelika!
