My dog Butters was my first everything. 15 years of love and loyalty. It was time for him to be at peace and I called 18 different service providers (including his vet of the last decade). This hospital answered my call and many questions with compassion and didn’t treat this like a transaction. They were busy, had other patients, but made my family feel we were the only ones being taken care of. He went with love and dignity. You have to be a collective of special people to be able to provide a service like this for a dog you just met. To top it off, they mailed me a HANDWRITTEN CARD. My family and friends are in NY so to receive this was also the first time LA felt like home to my family. I’m eternally grateful. Imagine how well they do other things, if they performed this difficult service in this manner. 5/5!

I called in asking explaining my situation, they worked so quick in checking if my baby could be seen. Check in was easy, they were fast to see her and take her in for vitals. After a few minutes I was able to get some feedback in what we were looking at, went over options & worked with me and my budgeting. Never did they push me into something I didn’t want. At the end they were able to make her feel more comfortable, and are open to calls and messages any time after the visit. I definitely recommend and will be using them if need. Thank you to the whole team!

10/10 experience. We took our cat in for an emergency and they took care of us right away. Dr. Breanna Goodman took the time to address all our concerns and questions. She was very thorough with care and transparent about pricing and only recommended what was necessary at the time. The receptionists and vet tech were amazing to work with as well. We felt like the office genuinely cared about or cat and finding a solution, vey grateful for the care and information. Thank you to the staff for making this a stress free experience.

This is a smaller but nice facility with a super attentive and friendly staff. We had a slight emergency so we called first to see if they could even take us on a late Saturday afternoon, the answer was more than reassuring. Within a short time we got to seeing the Veterinarian on duty who sat with us privately to discuss the procedure. We then waited a couple of hours, and at least another half for check out, the cost was comparatively reasonable and fair. All patched up, our pup came out of the procedure excited to see us! She had a ripped claw on a paw that was excruciatingly painful for her so to see her come out like her old self was awesome. Definitely would recommend this facility to a friend/family.

I don’t usually do reviews but I just want to say thank you to all the staff for their care compassion and kindness when we had to put our baby girl down last week. It was one of the hardest thing our family has ever gone through as this was the first time for all of us to go through something like that. They were so professional and attentive to our situation and made the process as easy as possible considering it is something so devastating. Also thank you for the lovely card they sent us. That was so kind for each of them to take the time to send us such lovely words. We are very grateful to the whole staff for helping us through this and taking such good care of our Mamas ❤️
