We had a wonderful experience at this store. The sales rep, Jessica White, was just awesome! She was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and knew the Ashley product line very well. She treated us with respect and answered all of our questions. We would definitely ask for Jessica in the future.

We had a fantastic experience at Ashley Furniture, thanks to Momo! From the moment we walked in, he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right pieces for our home. We purchased a dining room table, couch, and coffee table, and Momo went above and beyond throughout the entire process. He took the time to help us with measurements, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. When we fell in love with a clearance dining table that didn’t include delivery options, he even helped connect us with an affordable delivery solution so we could still make it work. It’s rare to find someone who is so dedicated to customer service and willing to go the extra mile. Momo made the entire furniture-buying experience easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate all of his help and would absolutely recommend asking for him if you’re shopping at Ashley Furniture!

This location has a lot of unique pieces. They really have everything. The staff is super friendly and I got a great deal on some chairs in the clearance section. Tommy helped me - he knows where everything is! They also ship anywhere in the country. I really liked this dining set. It would be cute in a small apartment.

Wonderful customer service!! Mindie Kang was very gracious and very helpful. Knew exactly what I was looking for as I walked in the store. She was not forceful, but yet patient as I was making decisions. She provided and helped with a very generous overall discount. Shout out also to the store manager (Steve), he was kind too. Many thanks for being able to afford my dream set of sofas!! Awesome experience! Highly recommend this big, big showroom store. So many selections and great staff to work with!
