I had a great experience with AW, especially working with Michael. The repair was completed much faster than I expected, and the entire process was completely seamless. Michael handled all the communication with my insurance company, helped secure a great discount, and kept me updated throughout the process. It made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy and worry-free. The quality of the repair was excellent as well. I highly recommend AW and Michael to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional body shop.

I had smooth and transparent process at AW for my insurance claim on BMW i4. They provide me status updates and info for the repair. They use original manufacturers' part and ensure to do the right step for calibration as well. They have a lot of experiences to work with my vehicle. My estimator was Michael Mc. I basically worry nothing and pay to pick up my car, easy.

My brand new Lexus was involved in a deer hit. I was able to secure an appointment with Shaw the next day and he handled all communications with insurance and ordered all OEM parts from the dealer. In the end the car looks like brand new and I couldn’t be happier.

I recently had my BMW repaired at AW Collision after I accidentally scraped the garage wall while parking, which damaged the doors on the side of my car. I’m extremely happy with the quality of work they did. The team did an amazing job restoring the car. The doors look as good as new, and you can’t even tell there was any damage before. The paint match and bodywork were flawless, and the overall finish exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to Shaw Christie, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Shaw was very responsive and kept me updated every week about the repair status, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

My brand-new BMW was involved in an accident, and my car sales agent recommended AW Collision. After reading many reviews, I decided to contact Miguel Martin directly, and I’m very glad I did. Miguel was professional, responsive, and took full ownership of the process from the very beginning. He handled all communications with the insurance company, arranged towing quickly, and kept me updated at every stage. Unfortunately, after further inspection, the insurance company decided to declare the vehicle a total loss, so the repair did not move forward. Even so, Miguel remained extremely helpful and cooperative throughout the vehicle release process, despite not ultimately performing the repair. I never had to visit the shop in person, yet felt fully supported the entire time. Miguel’s professionalism, responsibility, and integrity truly stood out.
