Maria Agredano was difficult to deal with. She wanted to keep 150 of my money when the travel was cancel. She was rude, unprofessional and difficult to deal with

They never answer the phone and neither call yoi back on top of that their prices are way high... I booked my flight online my self for almost half of their price they gave me...

Unfortunately, after a fantastic sit down with an agent, planning out some options for my trip through Mexico, I never received follow up from them. I sent multiple emails, called a couple of times and left at least one voice-mail. Nothing. Sadly disappointing. 😔

I cannot believe what bad customer service this lady has when answering phone calls. She is rude and she didn’t even mentioned her name when answering the phone. She sounds irritated when she answers and not polite or friendly. She puts you on hold for a long time when she doesn’t want to help.
