I had brought my car after someone damaged it in the parking lot.😬🙄 Chris and the whole team is always very nice. ( used them before) . Very professional, always friendly, and quality job done. They deal with insurance directly so I don't really need to do anything. They have new way of way of keeping you up to date on repairs, pretty easy. For such body repairs I think it was pretty good time. 11th to 23rd. All of my pax doors had to be fixed ,repaired and repainted, front of the car replaced repainted and so on. Car looked almost new , they had the car cleaned and tires shined . Their paint work has a guarantee. I pictures are before and after. I would definitely recommend them. I’ve now brought my car here several times, and this is the only shop I truly trust. Every experience has been consistently positive, and I always feel confident that my car is in good hands. A special thank you to Clinton, who is always available to answer my questions and walk me through the best approach for each repair. That level of communication and honesty makes a huge difference and is not something you find everywhere. I’m also really grateful for the entire team. They go above and beyond in ways that genuinely stand out. For example, they even helped me by taking a box of donations I accidentally left in my trunk to Goodwill, which meant a lot to me. Overall, the team creates an environment that feels supportive and trustworthy. I never feel like just another customer, they treat you with care and respect, and that’s why I keep coming back.

Unfortunately, I am a repeat customer. But they did such an incredible job the first time that I didn’t hesitate to use them when we had another issue. What do you want? Perfect work? Timely repairs compared to others? People who keep you informed of exactly what’s going on, and when it should be done? They will exceed your expectation in all of these areas. I give them my absolute highest rating.

I am beyond happy with the job Body Shop Express did on my 2011 Highlander. After being hit and having my rear door destroyed and needing replacement, the team got the job done in just 2 days — and $800 lower than my other two estimates. Chris was very responsive and great to work with. I’m recommending this shop to anybody I know who needs body work!

I have nothing but the absolute best to say about Body Shop Express. Chris was an absolute pleasure to work with. Fast, incredibly quality work, and a great price. I got caught in some unfortunate circumstances where I was involved in 2 accidents in the span of 2 weeks. Chris and his team crushed both jobs quickly and with exceptionally quality work. I hope I don’t have to return, but if I do, this is the only shop I will get my car fixed at.
