Took my Tesla Model Y here after an accident and was impressed by their expertise with the platform. Not every body shop is equipped to handle a Tesla properly, but the team was knowledgeable and thorough from the initial assessment through the final walkthrough. Repair took about two weeks. They're family owned, which came through in how personally invested they were in getting it right. They were easy to work with from start to finish- communication was consistent throughout. They kept me updated on progress without me having to follow up. They also offered to work directly with my insurance, though I chose to pay out of pocket. They provided me a free, itemized estimate before starting any work so I knew exactly what I was paying for going in. The panel work and paint match are excellent, no visible signs it was ever in an accident. Alignment and fit feel factory-correct as promised, and I have confidence in the structural integrity of the repair. They're located in Miramar which was a bit of a drive for me, but for their level of quality and thoroughness with the repair, it was worth it.

I had an excellent experience getting my Tesla’s side mirror repaired here. I called, explained what happened, and they immediately knew what needed to be replaced. They found the correct part for my car, and I was able to come in the very next day. The repair took only about 30 minutes, and I didn’t have to leave my car, which I really appreciated. Everything was done quickly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. A big thank you to Anton for making the whole process so easy and stress-free. The customer service was outstanding, and my Tesla looks perfect again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality service. I would definitely come back if I ever need anything in the future!

All I can say is wow! Anton and Andrew were nothing short of amazing to work with. Had a friend who used them for a repair and was impressed by the quality of their work. I was rear ended when stopped at a red light and the at fault party had USAA and wanted me to go to one of their approved shops and I refused knowing the kind of games they play. Siberian auto repair is the complete opposite. They have great attention to detail, ensured I got genuine Toyota parts, did the work right, ensured they took their time so it was done properly. You can’t even tell anything happened. It’s rare that you see this quality of craftsmanship and a shop that takes pride in their work. I hope I never have to use their shop again, but if I do I will be coming back. Great customer service, great quality work and turnaround time. Thank you again Andrew and Anton for your professionalism!

Highly recommend this shop! They did an amazing job painting my car and the turnaround was very fast. They also helped me handle the insurance claim process, which made everything much easier and less stressful. Great communication, professional work, and excellent customer service. Very happy with the result!

Fabulous work with my Tesla model Y. They went above and beyond with communication, repairs, technical details, and more. I left my car with them for a repair estimate, and they even handled communication with the insurance company. They ordered and installed all the original parts and completed the collision repair, painting, and alignment. I got my car back fully fixed and shining. They even took off HOV stickers and included detailing as a bonus. I definitely recommend this company if you love your car as much as I do.
