If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I brought my car in on April 13, and the repair process dragged on for three months. They did not contact me for the final installation until July 13. The shop charged my insurance nearly $6,000, yet my car was returned to me with poor-quality and incomplete repairs. I have included photos of the $6,000 repair they billed my insurance company, along with my rental car receipts, so you can see exactly what I went through and judge the quality of the work for yourself. The first time I picked up my car, no one told me the job was not actually finished. Clips had been removed or were missing, and my car made a horrible noise while I was driving on the freeway. It honestly sounded like my wheel was going to fall off. I had to bring the car back, rent another vehicle, and wait while the North Park location sent my car to Miramar and then back again. Communication was terrible throughout the entire process. I constantly had to call for updates because no one kept me informed. My insurance only covered a rental car for one month. Because this shop took so long and still had not completed the repairs correctly, I had to pay for another month

The WORST!!!! Place to take your car for repairs. AVOID!!!! I have broken & missing pieces everywhere and keep finding new ones. And my floors are now flimsy. Scratches and ruined paint in places where they shouldn’t be. If you hate your car and want to get it more wrecked then this is the Place.

Wow wow wow!! If you need your car fixed look no further. First went in to get an estimate after my car was hit in a parking lot. Was already stressing about it but Arlene in the front office made me calm and comfortable off the rip. She was so so so kind with amazing energy - I loved yapping with her!! The estimate process was fast and painless with a quick turnaround to get the repairs started. Albe was who worked on my car and he was equally amazing with fantastic communication keeping me up to date on the repairs. He had me come in to asses some extra damage he had found and explained everything so clearly all while leaving it totally up to me what fixes I wanted to proceed with or not. I appreciate that as car repairs can be expensive. Short week later the repairs were completed (ahead of schedule) and my car looked fantastic. ON TOP OF THAT I noticed they had done a light interior detail. Front console wiped and clean, mats washed - are you kidding?!? That was such an unexpected bonus and so appreciated!! Overall cannot recommend them enough. Arlene and Albe turned a stressful situation into an easy one and deserve their flowers!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I initially took my truck to Fix Auto after an accident in San Diego. From the start, the quality of work was extremely poor. When I picked up my truck, I noticed several issues: • The AC wasn’t working • The headlights were not aligned properly • The bumper started coming off the very next day Unfortunately, I had to leave for a work training in Arizona, so I couldn’t bring it back immediately. I called Juan from Fix Auto, who gave me permission to take it to a local shop in AZ to fix the issues and said he would cover the cost. I took it to Larry H. Miller Toyota (a certified shop), where they disassembled the front and told me, bluntly, that the repair job from Fix Auto was terrible. They sent Juan a quote for the repairs, but he refused to approve it. That left me no choice but to travel back to San Diego — costing me both time and money — and pay Larry H. Miller $325 just to reassemble the truck the way Fix Auto had left it. When I got the truck back from Fix Auto again, the problems continued. Great team at Fix Auto North Park. Friendly people to work with and kept good communication with me the whole time. Car was finished 2 days earlier than expected. Recommend giving them a call!
