Took my car in for repairs through my insurance. Process was very smooth from dropping the car off, being picked up for my rental and picking up the car within a couple of days. Cas we returned as new because they even took the time to wash it and detail it. Overall one of the best experiences both in customer service and professionalism. 10 stars for Michael and George. They both were extremely helpful in getting me in and out as quick as possible.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Fix Auto South San Diego enough. They repaired my 2025 Toyota Tacoma and it honestly came back looking brand new. The quality of the work was flawless you’d never know anything had happened. The attention to detail and craftsmanship really exceeded my expectations. A huge shoutout to Michael for making the entire process smooth from start to finish. He kept me updated every step of the way, answered all my questions, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. If you need body work done and want your vehicle treated the right way, this is the place to go. Excellent communication, top-tier workmanship, and they truly stand behind their work. Thanks again to Michael and the whole team! My Tacoma looks absolutely perfect.

This place was amazing I was involved in an accident and I my insurance sent me a list of places and of course I looked at all the reviews and fix auto South San Diego off main street. Bill gave me a run down of what to expect and gave me an estimated time frame during the repair the entire staff was respectful and professional I have no complaints and the repair is perfect I got my car back clean like nothing happened. I would highly recommend this location they exceeded every expectation.

What a truly amazing experience at this Fix Auto shop!! If you need any body work done to your vehicle, I would definitely recommend this place 10/10!!! Roland Jim was such a pleasure to work with. I had a minor collision and they repaired my car in less than 2 weeks! I honestly, didn’t expect it that fast but when I got the call, I was super excited to pick up my car! I must admit my car is looking better than ever! They even washed and cleaned it up!! Extra brownie points for sure!! :-) The complete process was painless and Roland handled every detail with professionalism and with care. Thank you so much to Roland Jim and the entire Fix AutoBody staff for their professionalism and great customer service!!! I have attached some Before pics and after… :-)

This is my first time using this body shop and my experience overall was top notch and enjoyable. Everything was seamless and I was even able to have the rental car agency show up before I was even finished with my drop off paper work. Along the way every of the process i was informed of the steps and what the next process was. Hopefully I dont have to have anymore bodywork done but if I do I will defiantly come back. Thank you again for everyone that had a hand in fixing my wife's car. Even those who are behind the scenes.
