Great customer service by Miguel and his staff! The cars are clean and new and run great! If you have any questions, they are always available to help. Definitely recommend this Budget Rental at Union Station. Easy to find and fast service!

I am done renting from Budget. This may be more a problem with Budget in general as opposed to this particular location, but after returning the car here on 5/6/26, I was overcharged an additional $49.39. After noticing this, I called customer service on 5/11/26 and was told I would be refunded. After nothing happened, I called customer service again on 5/28/26 and was told it wasn't escalated properly and now it would be refunded. After nothing happened again, I called customer service a third time on 6/8/26 and was told they needed my credit card info to process the refund, which I gave. I was also informed this charge was noted as being for "air conditioning". Do they actually charge you to use the air conditioning in the car??? With still no refund, I called again on 6/18/26, again being told it was still being processed. Nearly two months later, and four calls to their "customer service", there is still no resolution. I have filed a complaint with the BBB as well. And this isn't the first time I was overcharged by Budget requiring multiple phone calls to finally get it taken care of. It makes me wonder how many time they (possibly intentionally?) overcharge people h

I Have the best service from Budget Car Rental at the Amtrak Station 800 N. Alameda St. Los Angeles, California. Miquel and his staff are very accommodating, I like small cars they have one waiting for me when I arrive. Thank you Miquel for everything. Shawne Kirkland

I recently rented a Tesla from Budget located at the Union Station in Los Angeles. After returning the car and dropping the keys off at the box located on the counter I boarded the train. The next morning I received a call asking me about the keys. I told him I dropped them off at the counter. The next day I received another call asking about the keys, I was told I would be billed daily until they received the keys. I contacted customer service and that the resolution team would investigate. I received the following request in an email. "We can certainly understand your disappointment, however, in order to considered an adjustment we will require any of the following documentation: Rental Car Return Slips Fuel receipt dated for right before return of car. Airline Ticket (showing the date and time of the departure, you can also provide your flight information showing the flight status as "used" , "flown" or similar) Avis does not accept Flight Itineraries/Receipts, or Booking Confirmations – these do not confirm the flight was actually taken. These simply confirm the flight was booked." I was unable to provide any of the requested information since I didn't fly...I took the

There is Jordan, Kobe, Kareem, Magic...whoever you consider to be the Goat, the sentiment is the same; they all have something more they bring to the table than everyone else. THAT is how I feel about the Dream team over here at this Budget/Avis location. No matter how busy they get, their demeanor stays calm and professional while still going above and beyond to meet my needs. I'm a tough customer because I'm always needing an extension or a last minute rental and never once have they made me feel anything less than welcomed and appreciated. I try to recommend this location to any of my friends who have rental needs solely because I know no matter who is here to assist them, Miguel/Jenny/Kevin, they will be well taken care of and respected. I just wanted to say thank you and express how much I appreciate you all for making me feel sane when I'm usually running around like a headless chicken. Until next rental, *tips hat*
