Eating out in the United States ranges from food trucks and diners to tasting-menu dining rooms, and a listing like this one is best judged on freshness, turnover and how consistent the recent reviews are rather than on decor. Most kitchens will adapt a dish for dietary needs if you ask. Many restaurants take reservations online; walk-ins are common at casual spots. Bars check ID for anyone who looks under 30, and the drinking age is 21 everywhere.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7 am–3 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Sacramento is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Sacramento is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Great vibe drew me in, and there were plenty of unique coffee blends (all natural) to choose from. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and Mylo the therapy dog was a sweet addition. The brie and apple sandwich might be one of the best things I've ever eaten.

A friend and I had seen this coffee bar pop up on our Instagram reels and decided to check it out on March 18th around 10:45 a.m. The space was definitely fun and whimsical to be in. Looking at some of the pictures I posted there's a lot of art installations, interactive spaceship control board, and a multitude of things to capture your eye around the bar. The owner greeted us when we walked in and asked if it was our first time in his coffee bar. We told him yes and he gave us the rundown of the menu and what were some of the more popular items that people chose. We ended up getting the galactic sauce latte, El scorcho, two of the mini breakfast sandwiches, and the pulled pork sandwich. The coffee's came out first and you can see a video that I included with this review of the owner shaking them by hand for us which was super cool. Both coffees had amazing flavor and each time you took a sip you could taste a different flavor profile within them. We really enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches because the roasted garlic aioli combined with the pickled red onions just really brought the entire sandwich together. Each bite was delicious and had the perfect amount of sweet savory sp

Great espresso cafe experience. Go before the kitchen closes at 2P. They’re espresso proud here, so def focus on beans and roasts. Drop the Starbucks conditioning and focus on the basics - outstanding espresso. Live a little and try some new flavors. Lots of space to relax and hang awhile, including a patio area that has some separation from the street. A pair of 12oz lattes were ~$25

It is so great to see a business of this caliber investing in K Street. This area has had its struggles in recent years, but a shop like this—with its high standards and expert craft—is exactly what the neighborhood needs. If you appreciate coffee in its purest form, whether it’s a siphon, pour-over, or a perfect espresso, this is your spot. Bob, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He curates a rotating selection of beans from world-class specialty roasters, ensuring there is a profile for every possible taste preference. While my dietary restrictions kept me from the scratch-made food menu this time, the prices are very reasonable and the quality looks top-tier. The sky is the limit for this place, and I highly encourage everyone to visit and support them! *review partially written using generative AI but based on my very positive experience a few days ago :) **photos from 3/24/26

Hands down my favorite coffee spot in Sacramento. This is a true "slow bar"—meaning no robots, just humans making incredible coffee by hand. The texture and flavor of the Cortado is consistently perfect, the new flavors are out of this world. I never knew coffee could taste this good! The staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and passionate about what they do. The food is absolutely phenomenal as well, not to mention the amazing sauces! Don't be in a rush; just go and enjoy the process. Highly recommend, 10/10!
