I got hit by a driver and I was directed to take my car to Chapparone Auto Body. They took time to explain to me what needed to be done and they gave me comfort in knowing my car was repairable. When I got my car back I was amazed at how clean it was on the inside and out! I had a brand new car and I was so happy 😁. I highly recommend Chapparone Auto Body Shop for Everyone! They are kind respectful and very patient and very accommodating. I’m grateful.

I don’t normally write reviews but Albert at Chappparone did such an amazing job, I just had to share! I was rear-ended last month and went through the at fault party’s insurance. They sent me a list of approved shops, and after reading the reviews Chapparone I decided to have them do the repairs. Albert was quick to get me in for an inspection. When it came time to do repairs he was great at explaining what needed to be done and what the process was (this was my first accident). The repairs made my car look brand new! The ladies at the front desk were also very helpful. I am honestly so glad I chose Chapparone!

I had a great experience with Chapparone for my Rivian body work. I chose them because of their strong reviews, and they absolutely lived up to the reputation. Albert made the entire process incredibly easy from start to finish—he was professional, communicative, and made everything seamless. The woman at the front desk was always so pleasant and welcoming, which made a big difference. Most importantly, they did an amazing job on the repair—the car looks perfect. I would highly recommend Chapparone to anyone needing body work.

I had an amazing experience with this shop. Albert went above and beyond during my repair and kept me informed the entire time. My car needed a headlight replaced, and although insurance initially approved an aftermarket part, Albert worked with Toyota to get the OEM headlight price matched so it could be installed without costing me anything. That level of effort and honesty is rare. The repair looks flawless and my car looks brand new again. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism from Albert and the team. Highly recommend this shop! 💗

Excellent customer service and body work! This is my second time using Chapparone Auto Body- both visits were great experiences. Lisa at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Kenny went above and beyond communicating the process, giving me my options, and negotiating on my behalf with the insurance agency to be sure my car was properly repaired and that I got factory parts on my car. Thank you Mark Chapparone, my car looks great. Couldn't be happier. Highly Recommend.
