By far the best experience I’ve ever had in healthcare. From beginning to end, I felt truly cared for. From my very first phone call to the end of my visit, Geovanna S. and Enma P. provided exceptional, five-star care. Their professionalism, kindness, and enthusiasm to answer all my questions made the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment.

My experience at Concentra was very disappointing. The biggest issue is what appears to be severe overbooking. Even with an appointment, the waiting time was extremely long. It often felt like there were far more patients scheduled than the physicians could reasonably see. When I finally saw the doctor, the visit lasted only one or two minutes. There was almost no opportunity to discuss my symptoms, ask questions, or understand my treatment plan. I left feeling rushed rather than evaluated. The physician’s attitude was also unprofessional. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the interaction lacked empathy and respect. The front desk staff actually outnumbered the medical providers, yet the scheduling process was frustrating. They assigned appointment times without asking whether the time worked for me. When I explained that I had a conflict, I was simply told to reschedule. However, I was also warned that rescheduling was “required by the doctor,” and that canceling the appointment could result in my employer being notified. I just want to say that this has been the only nice concentra I have been to!!! Since coming to the concentra in Kearny Mesa in Ruffin rd everyone here has been extremely kind, caring, and patient. They really know how to treat and receive people. I have to give a special shoutout to Dr. Weeks for being amazing and helpful and to Laysha!!! For always greeting us with a smile and helping out, she was so kind and patient. Thank you!

I had 2 pretty deep cuts on my hand after cutting it on a lighting fixture. It was after hours and I needed stitches. So, we came to this location because it is open 24 hours. There were a couple people there ahead of us. But, the wait wasn't too bad. The staff was friendly and attentive. They offered us bottled watter and some snacks while we were waiting. The Doctor was very skilled and had me stitched up in no time. There was very little pain if any. I'll go backin a few days to get the stitches out. The cuts are healing beautifully.

From the moment I walked in, I was acknowledged right away. I signed in and explained the reason for my visit, and the front desk staff immediately knew what to do. He checked me in quickly and let me know to expect to be there for about an hour and a half. Based on my past experiences at Concentra, where I usually waited close to two hours (which I understand because they’re often very busy), I was prepared for a long visit. However, to my surprise, I was called back in less than 10 minutes—if that! The medical assistant, Rosalba (if I remember correctly), was amazing—very friendly and professional. The front desk staff was just as great. The whole process was fast, smooth, and convenient. The fact that they’re open 24 hours made a huge difference for me. With a 1-year-old at home and a husband who works all day, being able to come in at 8 PM was incredibly helpful. Overall, a really positive experience!
