I had a wonderful 4-night stay here. The service was top-notch, and while the bed was a bit too soft for my personal preference, the well-designed and beautifully appointed room easily made up for it. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that they offer is of exceptional quality. I loved the pre-set lighting control. Plenty of outlets available. They offer free coffee in the lobby in the morning. If you're an early riser then the in-room Nespresso machine is a great amenity. The pool area was magnificent as well. Just a heads up on parking: self-parking is $55/night and valet is $70/night.

The hotel itself is very nice, but service was lacking for a luxury hotel. Rooms are modern and very functional. The bathroom is large with a nice clean design. The restaurant is beautiful with an amazing open air section. Food was excellent, both for breakfast and for dinner. Menu options were somewhat limited but the quality was excellent, especially the wagyu flat iron. The outdoor terraces were also really pleasant and was a nice touch. Unfortunately, service wasn't great and it was mostly issues with the front desk. There was 2 major service misses: I tried checking in exactly at 3 PM, only to be told no rooms were ready. The front desk just threw their hands up, blamed guests with 4 PM late checkouts, and casually told us to wait until 4:30 PM. I was taken aback with how nonchalant they were, like it was unreasonable for me to expect a room at the standard check in time! There were no proactive apologies, no offer to hold our bags, no "please have a drink on us while you wait". It wasn't until I went back 20 minutes later to push the issue that they threw us a small $50 F&B credit. We finally got our room at 4 PM. We recently stayed at the Conrad Los Angeles for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were modern, spacious, and filled with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel amenities were solid, and everything felt well-maintained and upscale. One thing we especially appreciated was how dog-friendly the hotel is. We brought our pup along, and he seemed to enjoy the stay just as much as we did. It's always nice to find a luxury hotel that genuinely welcomes four-legged guests. The location is also great! The service throughout the hotel was friendly and professional. Overall, we'd gladly stay here again!
