⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The LA InterContinental is, without a doubt, my preferred hotel. Every stay is exceptional, and the level of service keeps me coming back time and time again. A special thank you to the incredible front desk team—Jojo and Angel—who made check-in and checking out seamless and were genuinely welcoming. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made my stay feel personalized. I also want to recognize Alex, the doorman, whose warm greeting and hospitality was something I’ll never forget, along with Jarrell in valet, who is always friendly, efficient, and takes excellent care of every guest. It’s the people who truly make this hotel stand out. Their outstanding service, combined with the beautiful property and first-class accommodations, make the LA InterContinental my first choice every time I’m in Los Angele. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

We had an amazing stay at the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone—from Guest Relations to the front desk and valet team—was incredibly friendly and kind. Our kids even made friends with many of the staff, which made our stay even more special. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the views from the windows are absolutely breathtaking. The food was delicious, and every part of our experience exceeded our expectations. To make our stay even more memorable, the hotel surprised my husband with a complimentary birthday cake and a bottle of champagne in our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and we truly appreciated it. Thank you to the entire team for making our family feel at home. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is absolutely spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the amazing customer service. Every staff member was welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The lobby is located on one of the top floors, offering breathtaking panoramic views of downtown, you can see the city in every direction! The modern décor throughout the hotel is stunning, and even the restrooms are beautifully designed. The rooms are incredibly chic, stylish, and comfortable. The fitness center is one of the coolest I've ever seen, it has such a sleek design that it almost feels like you're in an upscale nightclub. The restaurant was fantastic with delicious food, and the staff there were exceptional. They even let me freely film videos around the property and showed me some private event rooms, which I really appreciated. The rooftop bar is another highlight, with top-notch service and incredible views of the city. I truly loved everything about this hotel. From the moment I walked in until the time I left, every experience exceeded my expectations. I can't wait to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury stay with outs

The hotel was excellent. The sauna and gym were top notch. Breakfast was wonderful but expect a good wait if getting food to go. The hostess was patient to patrons during our stay. The bar staff was great in the morning but appeared a bit overwhelmed. Gerardo, the doorman, was excellent and helped relocated the pin on my uber app so that the drivers arrived to the garage for pickup instead of at the oppsire side street that defaults on the app for pickup.
