Jorge and the team at Darby’s are incredible! Professional, friendly and fast. I’m so happy with the result! My car is a rare color (Offshore Blue Metallic - Subaru Crosstrek) and Darby’s had no problem matching it. Jorge gave me a quote and it ended up being less, whereas another shop had quoted way more and said the price could go up. Darby’s not only did the repair expertly, they had the car detailed beautifully without me asking. Would highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with getting my car repaired after it got hit in a parking lot. I would recommend them whole-heartedly. After my car got bashed in the parking lot, I brought my car in here because it was local and a highly rated repair service. And they did not disappoint. Albert took car of my car and he was marvelous. When most chain-establishments involved with auto body repair give you an assembly line experience with disinterested, overworked employees, lack of updates on your work, and almost a guaranteed delay in the completion of the work, Darby’s is the exact opposite. You are greeted with a smile from the first time you walk in. They genuinely try to help and advise you at every stop. They provided regular personalized updates, without having to ask for them. And they finished the job on time. They’re a unicorn in the business, in that everything they do is high quality and professional. Do not hesitate for a second to bring your car in at this establishment

Having to navigate the fallout of an accident, especially one not caused by you, is a headache. Dealing with insurance policies and body shops is not on the top my list of ways I want to spend my summer but the team at Darby’s Auto Body made the experience as pain free as it could be. Though not without some hiccups, Albert at Darby’s and his exceptional customer service helped move the process along. The team was able to complete my repairs an entire week early which was amazing! A picture is worth a thousand words and the before and after shots of my vehicle show exactly how good the repair team at Darby’s is. My vehicle is a particular shade of pearl white that requires a three step paint process which can be notoriously hard to match but the team at Darby’s Auto Body executed it flawlessly. Though I hope I never need body work on my vehicle again, I now have a reliable place I can trust. I would highly recommend Darby’s Auto Body to anyone that needs it.

The team at Darby’s has done it again. Quickly got me in and out, while still providing the highest quality work. Got my bumper and headlight back to looking like new. They are the best and only auto shop that you should be going to in the San Diego area. Everyone is extremely friendly and they all want to help. Definitely feels like a family and man am I happy to be a part of it. I am super thankful for them and know every time they work on my car it is in reliable and trusted hands.
