I needed to use the restroom, the employee was rude about it. Another employee assisted me, found someone in the restroom that had been in there the entire time I was in the location, about 45 minutes. When he came out, the restroom was filthy. Blood soaked toilet paper on the floor, graffiti EVERYWHERE! So much graffiti that this wasn't new. Overflowing trash can. I took a video and will attempt to upload it. Sad, I live about a 10 minutes walk to this location. We don't have much fastfood downtown and what we do have is over run by homeless, filthy and not taken care of. America's Finest City and tourists get to see this!!!!

It’s a Del taco downtown I don’t expect much tbh. I know it’s called a snack taco but it came with barely any taco meat. Cheese removed to show the minuscule amount of beef. Even the 2 for $1.50 jack in the box tacos have more meat than this.

I went to here for the first time. The first thing I noticed is the restaurant is incredibly and horribly filthy. Every surface from the floors, to the tables and all the way to the walls.... Is covered in disgusting filth. I got my order to go of two cheeseburgers. I noticed that there was no condiments or napkins in my bag so I asked for some napkins. (They do not provide napkins visible or accessible to the customers) The lady said okay, and then turned to the next customer and ask them what they needed. She left me waiting while she went and got some fries for another customer. She came back to me again and asked what I needed? I told her again (for the second time) that I would like some napkins. I found the cheeseburgers to be a good value for the money. The burgers were pretty decent I have to admit.

First off, this is not in a good part of town. That means it's not as clean, and not as well- maintained as in other places. Bathroom is also for CUSTOMERS ONLY and they are not kidding. When we went, there were only two ladies working, and they were doing their best, but there was no way they could keep up. One lady was cranking food out, while the other was running the register, answering the phone, putting orders together, and taking food to customers. It was insane, and I was impressed while also deciding I would never return. It took 15 minutes to even place our order, and a good bit of that time was spent just waiting for the poor lady to get back to the register. The food itself was excellent. I would really say this was a management issue. Little to no parking, and it would be difficult for a mobility impaired person.

I recently placed a to-go order at Del Taco #307 in Downtown San Diego, and the experience was mostly good, with some clear positives and a few issues that should not be overlooked. Starting with the food: The snack tacos were generously filled with proportionate amounts of ingredients, but several of the shells were broken. Broken shells are always unacceptable, regardless of filling amount, and this detracted from the experience even though the flavor itself was fine. The Crunchtada tostada was genuinely delightful in taste, but the presentation was messy, with ingredients unevenly distributed. Flavor-wise it delivered, visually it did not. The carne asada fries were very good. I requested them well done, and they were prepared correctly, crisp and satisfying, which I appreciated. The Double Del Cheeseburger tasted better than it looked. While the presentation was not particularly neat, the flavor exceeded expectations. Overall, the food leaned mostly good, with some items clearly better than expected, but there were execution issues, particularly with shell integrity and presentation, that should not be dismissed.
