😀You can always count on In-N-Out's consistent great flavors and great service. Even this location in Kerny Mesa which was extremely busy had fast service and great quality. The burger was fresh and the fries were hot, plenty of drinks to choose from and lots of napkins. Ofcourse, I'll be back! 😋🤙

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any In-N-Out location. The burger bun was severely burnt—charred to the point of being almost black. It wasn’t just over-toasted; it had a strong bitter, burnt taste that made the burger basically inedible. This is not a minor mistake—it’s a clear failure of basic quality control. What’s even more frustrating is that there was no line at all, yet I still had to wait around 20 minutes for just two burgers. For a place that’s supposed to be fast food, this is completely unacceptable. It’s honestly concerning that something this obviously burnt was still served, especially after such a long wait. No one bothered to check the food before handing it out, which reflects very poorly on this location. In-N-Out is known for consistency and quality, but this experience was far below expectations. Management seriously needs to address this—both the food quality and the service speed. I cannot recommend this location.

We know that In-N-Out never disappoints. But this location has the best staff of them all! They make you feel welcome, they are friendly, and the floor staff takes care of you. THE BEST IN-N-OUT!

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to because I came late at night and it seems like they just gave up making the food. 😭 The fries were stale, one of them looked green in the middle. The burger patty was small, there was hardly no lettuce and the bread wasn’t grilled properly like they just slapped a raw bun. The other burger was also black on one side of the patty. I love going to this location and never had any issues during the afternoon or the morning, but it seems like the closing staff does not care and just wants to go home.

My first time trying In-N-Out since moving to the US! As someone who studied their business model in grad school, it was fascinating to watch them work. The efficiency is impressive—the place was packed, yet they served my order so quickly. The ingredients tasted very fresh, and the staff was friendly. A great American experience!
