Burgers are always good! Service is in and out. Employee are always kind. I hope they are wearing hairnets in the back and proper hygiene. Both times I visited restaurant I found a little hair on my bun and tomato.

The food here has always been delicious but the customer service has went downhill since they hired this new manager "Mari" such a disgusting attitude. I was surprised at how rude she was when she came storming out of the restaurant telling me that parking was only for customers which was funny because 3 of the spots were taking by construction workers so you couldn't eat outside. I don't know if she was aware that Ive been a customer for years and actually know the owner. She blocked the only 2 available parking spots with a post for employees to park and when I asked her for her name she refused to tell me so I asked the other employees and they said she's the manager and her name is Mari. Never expected such poor service from this establishment. I really hope they hire better managers cause I would suppose they're the ones who would train the other employees and if that's the case you guys get a 1 star. Total fail and we never got our food cause that's definitely not the vibe we came for. She also didn't know that we were waiting for our party to arrive. After dealing with her anger we headed to the Melt down the way for a lunch meeting where we were treated great. Don't think s

It's a nice place to eat! I was there for dinner, taste is delicious, the employees are very kind and helpful. I believe the prices are a little bit higher for the size of burgers and fries but the taste is so nice. So maybe once in a while I can go there.

The patty itself was good—juicy and cheesy, no issues there. But the bun really ruined it. The bottom bun was extremely thin (this is the full bun as served), so the burger couldn’t hold together at all. It fell apart almost immediately and turned into a mess. For the price Shake Shack charges, I expect better balance and consistency. Disappointing overall, especially because the patty was actually solid.

Grabbed a burger, fries, and a soda and everything hit the spot. The burger was juicy, the fries were hot and crispy, and the service was quick and friendly. Big bonus for the free parking lot and the awesome outdoor patio, which makes it even better. Clean space, relaxed Little Italy vibe!!!! I’d definitely come back.
