The staff was kind and greeted me when I walked in great customer service with a smile. I got the beef and bacon cheese hot dog with Cajun seasoned fries. You can dress the dog up however you want. I had mine's with grilled onions, mushrooms and mustard.

What a fun and welcoming crew!!! We already knew the food would be fresh and delicious as always!! To make the visit even more enjoyable. The crew was friendly, welcoming, Inviting and fun!! All of them seem to truly enjoy working together!! Team comradery was everything and more!!! Keep up the joy and fun Team 5 Guys Hillcrest!! I'm taking this customer service back to Washington State!

I walked in and I was greeted by a nice and friendly staff. The burgers taste homemade. Every bite is full of flavor. The bacon on the burger is nice and crispy and the veggies are fresh. The Cajun fries are a must try. These fries don't need any ketchup in my opinion. Overall a great experience. Don't forget to get some complimentary fresh roasted peanuts!

Unsanitary! Dirty tables, dirty bathroom, and my order was still wrong. Two workers went from the register to handling food. One was pressing down buns and adding condiments with the same gloves he was wearing as he worked the register! The other woman got bacon pieces with the same gloves she wore working the register. I had to ask her to change her gloves and start my milkshake over. I had to ask for my table to be wiped. When I requested well done for my burger, I was told that all of their food is made well done. I ordered a vanilla shake with bacon, and was told, the order is a bacon milkshake. Person taking my order kept getting it wrong and the bill kept rising. A person apologized who may have been a manager, but all of the conditions of the place were in her presence. I love tomatoes. I ordered tomatoes, but there were no tomatoes on my burger or receipt. The burger was very good minus the ton of pickles. The food was way overpriced! They did not care about points of contact at all! I was excited about my Five Guys dinner, but wished I would have passed this location by. YUCK!!!

We came here Sunday (3/24) evening to grab a quick bite to eat. We were from out of town and this place happens to be a few short blocks (within walking distance) from where we were staying at. The outside of Five Guys is similar to other Five Guys. The location of this particular outfit is next to a couple of other eateries and a couple of cosmetic stores. Parking can be difficult judging by the limited parking spaces available. The inside of this location appears clean and smells clean which is good. Food ordering is at the front counter. It took about 15 minutes for our food to be ready. We all got burgers and side of fries to share. The burgers came out very good as well as the Cajun fries, both tasted like other five guys burgers at other locations. At the time when we came, it was around 5pm and wasn’t particularly busy. There were a few other patrons dining at the same time we were there. So 5pm on a Sunday evening is a good time to come here.
