I’ve been using Dewey for the last couple years for pest control. Vince is the best! So friendly, accommodating and thorough with his work. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Hard pass. Tech was sent by my complex. This ball of joy has exactly one minute per visit. When I moved in I found dried roach bait in multiple places. This man crumbled it and threw it on the floor, with no acknowledgement that roach bait usually means roaches. Not only is no name Dewey man rude and obnoxious with no human decency, he’s lazy and repetitive. He’s like when your alarm goes off in another room, repetitive, incessant till it’s done its job. First time he can he just repeated he had to go like a broken robot from Fall Out, while I tried to leave my house and he got paid. With a job consists of spraying baseboards and corners with a nozzle that doesn’t even require you to bend down, you can probably make it to your next appointment without losing your job. Second time: louder and more annoying than the first. Same record scratch—time for the next job, can’t spend all day, I have to go. If he doesn’t make it to his next job on time he literally becomes a roach. I tell you something is crawling around in a fan—look, you mansplain to why “it happens” and sometimes that’s just something rattling around in there. Yep. That’s right. This is a tough review. The tech / field service is fantastic and has been every visit. Nothing is to much trouble and very professional,pleasant and personable. The billing department however is a total cluster *"!! We had direct payment set up, they charged us for an extra visit and a late penalty charge which we had to unravel, no sorry or anything from them on the phone. This is not the only payment mess up we have had with them. We told them we wanted to cancel our service,,,,, you have to summit your 30 day notice via email, can't do it while you're on the phone with them. Field service is great , billing dept sucks.

Marcos comes out to our property every Tuesday Morning. (Pacific Ridge Apartments). Marcos is awesome! Great attitude and does great work for us. Glad to have him coming to our establishment to do all of our pest control needs. Thanks, Marcos, for all your hard and dedicated work.

Rob is great! He is knowledgeable and professional. He knows his "stuff". Calls ahead and flexible with his time. And he is always polite and always willing to answer all of my questions. Thank you, Rob!
