Celebrating my birthday. I had blackened Mahi. Was very good. Husband had stroganoff. He liked it a lot. They did not acknowledge my birthday although I told them on the reservation.

I came into this restaurant a few weeks ago and WOW! I had such a great experience! The ambiance was great, the food was good, and the service was absolutely phenomenal. Our server, Tori, was really something special. I’ve had some rough service experiences here in the Bay, but she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and our wonderful conversation kept putting smiles on our faces throughout the meal. I cannot recommend this place enough. Ask for Tori!

The food was not great. Beans were so sweet, weird salad, chicken was cooked good but not very tasty. Lam chops were ok but the side was bad.

Pound for pound the best restaurant in the Bay Area. The food the drinks the atmosphere the service. Wife and I have been coming here for years and it’s the best every single time. We went last night for a post birthday/Valentine’s Day celebration. The GM Clancy walked us to our table held a conversation the entire walk and at our table briefly just a regular conversation easy and nice just human that human being warm and welcomed. We had two apps two entrees and some drinks just south of $250 and the food was FANTASTIC!!!

I’ve seen it all, but Dry Creek Grill in San Jose really impressed me. This spot has mastered the balance of high-end comfort food and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay all night. The Starters & Drinks: We kicked things off with the Calamari. It was perfectly crispy and the ideal way to start the meal. My mother also enjoyed the wine selection; while I didn't snag a photo of the glasses, she was a huge fan of the quality and variety they offered. The Main Event: I ordered the Braised Short Rib, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. β€’ The Texture: As you can see in my video, it was unbelievably tenderβ€”it practically fell apart at the touch of a fork. β€’ The Flavor: Rich, savory, and cooked to absolute perfection. If you visit, this is a must-order! The Service: A huge shoutout to our waiter! I didn't catch his name, but he was a total character in the best way possible. He had the personality of a professional actor or a top-tier streamerβ€”super attentive, highly engaging, and he really 'put on a show' that made our night special. The Verdict: Between the top-tier short ribs and the incredible staff, this was a perfect experience. Whether you’re here for a family dinner or j
