The staff are so friendly and helpful at this location and Dr. Flores and Dr. Castañeda are AMAZING! Both are so sweet and supportive and makes everyone feel welcomed and cared for, and they're also incredibly knowledgeable about cats! I trust them with our precious kitties!!

This review is long overdue as my dog passed away last year. I have nothing but the best things to say about Dr. Flores and the DTLA team. I had a dog whose medical history was EXTREMELY complex. (To put this in perspective, VCA circulated her case nationally to all of their hospitals.) She had a condition which caused her to have 97% spinal cord compression at the age of 4. After surgery and PT at VCA, she was able to walk again (in her own special way.) However, due to the severe neurologic nature of her injury, she required ongoing specialized care. Dr. Flores was the ONLY vet I met who was comfortable, confident and knowledgeable about my dog’s condition and was with us every step of the way until my dog passed at the age of 16. 16!!! Any other vets that met my dog would be so nervous, and honestly, I don’t blame them. We are beyond grateful for Dr. Flores’ love and care. She is absolutely brilliant and HIGHLY skilled! Thank you for taking such beautiful care of our Lulu, Dr. Flores. Hope you and your wonderful team are doing well! :-) Monika

I just wanted to thank the staff and doc who saw my dog Taz, he was treated so great and they even trimmed his nails without having to sedate him in order to do it; which tells me how much Taz liked them! I cannot thank you all enough for your kindness and knowledge when it came to a very scary situation with my old man! Truly, you guys are amazing! It doesn't go unnoticed!

Love this vet office. We have taken our large dog for three years now. Dr. Endo is lovely, helpful, encouraging, understanding, and great with our dog. We walked through downtown to arrive, got there much earlier than expected and were still accommodated, welcomed and seen with about a 20-30 min wait. For a regular checkup we were in an out in just about an hour. Haven't had a bad experience with the staff yet and would recommend to others!

Welp last time I was here with you know who, he was maybe 6-7, this was around 2020, so he’s now 12-13 maybe? He’s been acting strange lately and I thought maybe something was wrong.. turns out hes just fine! Place was very nice and clean. The doctors were great as always and it was very quick! Recommended!
