Hayley is a highly skilled practitioner with a wide range of modalities to draw from. She came highly recommended by my physical therapist, and I’m SO glad I found her. I’ve been dealing with chronic knee pain and a recent injury, and the work we’ve done together (because it truly is a team effort) has made a huge difference in reducing inflammation and improving mobility. Beyond the physical healing, Hayley creates a deeply safe and supportive space that has allowed me to reconnect with my spirituality in ways I didn’t realize I needed. After a year of chronic pain and exploring options through my medical doctor, they finally came up with chronic pain syndrome. The recommendations were to just take pain medication as needed. I was desperate for help, looking for ways to decrease my stress and help my body heal. That’s when I found Hayley at Empress Wellness. Within six months, my chronic pain had basically disappeared. Hayley has been such an amazing resource and guide for me in my path to healing. She helps with my anxiety, depression, and so much more. I am coming up on my year anniversary and, honestly, I cannot imagine where I would be without Hayley and her services. I typically don't write reviews often but my experience with Hayley has been life changing & I have to share. I randomly found Hayley online back in February & have been going to her every other week ever since. We do acupuncture & reiki simultaneously. I've always had anxiety & had gotten off prescription pills a couple years ago & was really struggling mentally & emotionally. I was looking for a more holistic approach & the combination of acupuncture & reiki has helped me more than prescription pills ever did. I still have feelings of anxiety here & there but my visits with Hayley have helped more than I ever thought they could. Every time I leave her office, I feel lighter & more like myself. I'm always so excited to go in for a reset. It's such a treat. Hayley herself is awesome. I've always felt comfortable talking to her & opening up to her. She is such a bright light & I am so grateful I found her. On top of all this, I've always wanted to go to therapy but was afraid. Hayley gave me the nudge I needed. I've now been in therapy for about two months & honestly, I don't know that I would have started if it wasn't for Hayley. I'm so glad I randomly found Hayley. I highly recomm

Hayley is such an amazing Reiki practitioner and acupuncturist. I have been going to her weekly for a little over a month now and she has helped me so much with my anxiety and overall mental and physical healing. I rarely feel anxious anymore and don't really think about it until I'm asked about it. Hayley has such an amazing energy about her! I have learned so much about myself and my healing process. My energy has never felt so bright before all thanks to Hayley!

My acupuncture appointments with Hayley quickly became the highlight of my week! I started a few months back and since then have noticed huge improvements physically and mentally. Hayley is the sweetest and I always feel super comfortable working with her. I’m so glad I finally started acupuncture. Can’t recommend Hayley enough!
