I’ve been seeing Lara at Four Seasons Acupuncture for the past few months and my experience has been nothing short of incredible. After spending three months in agonizing tailbone pain, I came to her desperately hoping for relief. After just my first session, I could already feel the difference. What truly sets her apart is how thoughtfully she adapts each treatment to the individual person, taking the time to really understand your specific pain, concerns, and needs before creating a personalized approach. She is also bilingual (Spanish/English), which makes her care even more accessible and comforting for so many people. From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed and comfortable. She creates such a calming and healing environment. Over these past few months, she has made a remarkable difference in my healing journey, and I’m beyond grateful. I got an acupuncture and lymphatic drainage session with Lara here and I was astounded and amazed at her knowledge, her skills, and most importantly her intuitive and considerate nature. She has a talent for matching your energy and bringing safety into the room with the healing. 10/10 recommend Lara any day of the week !

Lara is extremely attentive and professional. She knows exactly what she’s doing and puts the patients comfort and needs first. I started with her for pain management due to an autoimmune and I continue my journey with her as an expecting mother now. Highly recommend her.

Lara is amazing with both her skill and knowledge as well as her ability to listen to my concerns and select the best acupuncture points for my needs.
