My cousins viewing was here on Friday and we waited almost an hour because they didnt properly prepare him to the point where he was bleeding during the viewing and his arms were left stiff almost in a boxing pose. It was so disheartening and sad that they thought that was okay. At the end when everyone was leaving, the coordinator was cleaning up the blood and covering it with makeup. After further research, they did not properly follow procedures to embalm him. He was supposed to look peaceful and relaxed instead it left a sad last view for his family and friends. We pay so much money and for them to not be prepared was gross. Definitely wouldnt recommend at all. Feel free to zoom into his arms in the photo.

I would like to take a moment to thank everyone at Funeraria Latino Americana, for the outstanding and amazing help and support that they provided my family with throughout such a difficult and challenging journey. With my father in Law’s departure, came many challenges which were all extremely well managed and taken care of by the wonderful personnel at Funeraria Latino Americana. I want to give my deepest gratitude to Juan Carlos, Marlene and everyone who helped us with every detail that involved the return of the body of my Father in Law to his country of origin (El Salvador). Thank you greatly!

Marlene & Yamilet did an outstanding job . They were kind, professional, and extremely supportive during such a difficult time. Everything was handled with care and compassion, and I am truly grateful for their help. Yamilet always kept me updated with everything and I truly appreciate her effort and support. Communication was excellent, I couldn’t be more pleased with their services.

The process of translating our loved one’s body to Mexico was complex and emotionally overwhelming, but they handled every detail with professionalism, compassion, and care. I would like to sincerely thank Juan Carlo for all his help. He was truly wonderful and kept me updated throughout the entire process whenever changes were being made or something was being done. Unfortunately, my dad passed away, and none of us would have ever wanted this to happen, but this place took care of everything — from arranging the transportation of my dad to Mexico to making sure he arrived safely. I’m deeply grateful for their compassion and professionalism during such a difficult time.

Juan Carlos provided us with excellent customer service. People from Funeraria Latino Americana were very polite, respectful, and responsive to any of our questions and concerns. The coordinator from the cemetery also had great things to say about the driver representative who brought my brother to the church and burial service. Their driver was very helpful and sensitive to our family during our difficult time with the loss of my brother. Their pricing was also great! I would definitely recommend their services.
