We’ve dined here for our wedding in July of 2026. Everything about it I cannot complain to the hostess to the cooks and servers and management. The food was amazing there I can say almost had everything when they came to the table, lol. I had the Tres Leches dessert and I can tell you that was the best Tres Leches I’ve ever had in my life talking about it taste so that I had to take a deep breath after the first bite, the size was big. It took me two days to eat it. It is expensive and worth every Dime!!! Thank you! 😊

This is the "BEST" Brazilian steakhouse that I have experienced thus far, and I have had my fair share of Brazilian steakhouses in California and Las Vegas. The service is excellent, and I am careful when I say that: fast, friendly, attentive, professional. It does not matter which server, manager, or assistant you talk to; the same level of service is consistent here! I had two children, a senior, and middle-aged adults at my table. They engaged with everyone equally. The live piano music was a good touch. The food is very tasty: the temperature is right, offered timely, seasoned perfectly, and there's a good variety (although I did not see any grilled chicken that day, but I did not miss it). The buffet items, including the salads, the cheese, and the side items, were fantastic as well. Someone is watching every item before it makes it to the floor! They asked us if we were celebrating something; it was our anniversary. The server acknowledged that and brought a free dessert. That was just the cherry on top and honestly did not matter anymore. The meat was incredibly flavorful, cooked to perfection, and literally melted in my mouth. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the service was excellent as well. I will definitely be coming back 🥩🙏🏼

I had a party of 16 yesterday with a reservation for 5:45 and once we were seated, all the meats literally came at once. No lie, every worker came within the first 3 minutes and flooded us with meat. It was chaos! We had like 6-7 meat carvers at our table, the waiters pouring the wine at the same time too. It was really hard to enjoy the food and we didn’t want to miss out on any foods in case they didn’t come back. It would have been a much more relaxing dining experience if they slowed the pace down instead of trying to rush all the food at once. Maybe they did this because we had a group of 16, but I definitely won’t be back with a group. I’ve been before with just a couple people and had a pleasant experience, but never this large of a group.

This isn't the first time I visited Galpao Gaucho for lunch. The staff were quicker than expected to help me and my dad out with drinks and appetizers (bread.) There was so much meat, even a food bar yet so delicious. Only though the staff came every 2 minutes to give us food, it was amazing and for the second time I've never experienced such quick service. I'd only regard our waitress being barely seen to check up on us. Long story short, this might be one of the best Brazil steakhouses in San Diego and yet I highly recommend this.
