Hello everyone, I felt obligated to leave a review for the outstanding visit my girlfriend and I had Saturday evening. Dressed in casual attire, I took my girlfriend to Steak48 on a spontaneous whim. It was the best decision we could've made for a non planned date night. It was packed and you needed reservations, but somehow Kris, the GM, got us seated in a very nice and romantic table for two. Our waiter, Bryce was outstanding! He was fun and knowledgeable on all dishes served. Bryce made some great recommendations, for the appetizer, we had crispy shrimp and deviled eggs. For the main dish we ended up getting a 12oz filet mignon, along with brussels sprouts, sweet corn and mushrooms. It was fantastic!! We eventually moved to a booth which was a whole new level of scenery and just a better place to eat and socialize for my girlfriend and I. I would highly recommend Steak48 for date night or even a place to just go to eat some really great food. We also got dessert! We celebrated our anniversary at Steak 48 tonight, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and celebrated. Our table was beautifully decorated with rose petals, and we were touched to find a handwritten anniversary card from Kris, the General Manager. Our server, James, was fantastic. He took the time to explain the menu, made excellent recommendations, and helped make the evening feel special. Some of our favorites were the ribeye topped with poached king crab, the filet mignon, sweet corn, crispy shrimp deviled eggs, creamy mashed potatoes, and the delicious bread. Everything we ordered was outstanding. James also recommended a Carajillo after dinner, and it was the perfect way to end the meal. We would also like to recognize Juan, who took such great care of us throughout the evening. He kept our table spotless, made sure our drinks were always refreshed, and was incredibly polite, attentive, and accommodating. A special thank you to the manager on duty as well, who checked on us throughout the evening, made sure everything was perfect, and even took a photo for us to remember our celebration. First visit to Steak 48, and overall it was an outstanding experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful. I loved the layout, especially being able to see the behind-the-scenes food preparation. Watching the chefs work was entertaining, and I think it would be fun to sit nearby and take it all in. What really stood out was the service. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from start to finish. Easily some of the best service I've experienced anywhere. 10/10. The Chef's Cut Hanging Bacon has a very cool presentation and definitely gets your attention when it arrives at the table. For my taste, though, it was cut a little too thick and I would have preferred a slightly sweeter flavor profile. 6/10. The bread was delicious and a great way to start the meal. 8/10. Cocktails were excellent. Well-balanced, flavorful, and expertly prepared. 10/10. For the main course, I had the filet. It was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. The only thing keeping it from a perfect score was that I would have liked just a little more seasoning or flavor. 9/10. The mashed potatoes were good, but nothing particularly memorable. 8/10. Now for the dessert—the Peanut Butter Pie.

Came here with a large group of friends to celebrate a birthday. We had a reservation so we were seated quickly after arriving. My first impression of the restaurant is that it's really dark, which made it hard reading the menu when we were seated. Most of us had to use the light on our phone to really see the menu. The only lighted areas were the walkways passing the kitchen and bakery. After being seated, the drinks and specials were explained before taking our drink orders. I ordered a Moscow Mule. We were also provided fresh rolls, which were really good. I got my drink before we placed our food orders. I ordered the Bone-In Ribeye cooked to medium rare. Sides were also ordered by some of us for the table to share, which one asked for was the Whipped Praline Sweet Potato. When the food was brought out, the sides were served to those that wanted the sides by the staff servers which is a nice touch. I got my steak, which looked really good. After cutting into it after a couple bites, it was more on the medium side, but I'm not the type not bothered by it. I got to try some of the other sides along with the sweet potatos. Food: - butter rolls (on the house) 10/5 so soft and buttery! It was one of the best I’ve had! - Wagyu tartare with some pita bread and additives 3.5-4/5 - 45 day dry aged ribeye steak 5/5 - buttery and nutty - veal chip 5/5 - super soft and moist - scallops with caviar appetizer 10/5, although the scallops and super bite sized it has a kick of an amazing ocean flavor with texture - chef Daniel’s au Grau scalloped potatoes 5/5 - wild mushrooms 5/5 - asparagus 5/5 Dessert: Carmel vanilla ice cream with cake and whip cream 5/5 Customer service: Excellent Joseph was a great server! 5/5 I would say one of the best servers we’ve had in a while!
