Honestly the worst funeral home in Los Angeles, I urge you not to bring your loved ones here. I am seventeen and this funeral made my fathers passing way worse than it already was. To start when they received my father they would continuously tell us that my dad wasn’t in the right mind when he passed. Something you never tell a person that is grieving and hurt. We did a wake in their funeral home and honestly it was fine. There was a stench coming from my father and that smell will stick with me forever. They also did his makeup horribly and he looked orange and patchy. All they want is money, after we signed the contract they told us we had to pay $400 more because the funeral home in Mexico requested it. Something that failed to be stated the contract. Upon my dads arrival to mexico they made us pay $150 to release my dad from the airport because they made a error on paperwork. My father was being sent to Mexico for the burial and the amount of unprofessionalism that came from Ronaldo and his wife was astonishing. They wouldn’t give us updates and didn’t know how long it’d be until my dad got sent out. We called and they told us one day and would continuously switch it up. They

This was never my first choice. Against my reservations, my family urged me to go with them because they had used them in the past and their experience was pleasant and most importantly, affordable. They’re now wishing they listened to me. Please stay away. I don’t know how this place is still in business. They have made an already difficult and distressing situation even more stressful. They are unorganized and terrible at communication. I am still in the midst of trying to send a family member to be buried in her home country. It’s been 2 months and they have chosen to go radio silent. They can’t even give me the courtesy to tell me “I have no update”. This place deserves to be shut down. HORRIBLE MORTUARY. My grandfather purchased a package for his funeral services at this mortuary back in 94, and due to the price raises over the years, Rolando (coordinator) wasn't happy to help my family from the very beginning. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and MONEY HUNGRY. My mom and aunt decided they didn't want to have the services at that location due to the outdated place that it is, so they told Rolando they wanted to change it for a different mortuary in the SF valley. He acted like the changes were a bother him. My mom and aunt basically had to figure everything out on their own. During these times, families are suppose to be grieving, not making phone calls trying to get a hold of other mortuaries to schedule a funeral. My mom and aunt told Rolando they specifically wanted a large portrait of my grandpa with a plain grey background to place on an easel, along with prayer cards which normally have a Saint/Jesus/virgin Mary photo on the back. Rolando didn't listen to one thing, because he used a photo of my grandfather and added Jesus photobombing him in the background in a sky of clouds which looked awkward. Not only did he get that wrong, he included "In loving memory" card

Disgusting place don’t ever let your loved one be handled by these horrible people. The coordinator was absolutely unprofessional and money hungry. it’s really heartbreaking that I even have to make a review like this a day after I had to bury my loved one, but I feel like this has to be done so other people will not make the same mistake

This place sucks! left dead body in a Hearst and parked it in the la heat. During the service for my loved one our mortuary helper was taking the food that we took for family and she was so rude and unprofessional and unorganized. If I could leave a 0 star review I would…DONT BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!.

Mari was really wonderful to us during this difficult time. She was very welcoming and cared about our wishes for my Father in laws services. Everything came out so beautiful.

BAD BAD BAD.(Rolando, Cindy, and others) horrible, that's what this place is. From the service to changing dates of service to not following up with the family. Everyone in that place blames someone else for not being on point with their work. Always try to blame others and any outsourced work. Please have an option with 0 stars for these kinds of places. We had our dates for the wake changed 3 times. We had our services changed 2 times. We were told they moved him not once but 2 times without notifying my aunt. They wanted to charge for overweight, after my aunt had already paid for that fee. Just trying to get more money. MONEY HUNGRY IS WHAT THEY ALL ARE. It took us 6 weeks to sort everything out and lay him to rest. Does anyone know if this place will do a refund for payments already made. So we can help others. Go some where else please. 6 weeks and my aunt didn't have all the proper paperwork in place because of them not doing their work. ABSOLUTELY TRASH FUNERAL HOME

WORST place to take your loved one. These people are so rude and insensitive that I was blown away that they are still in business. If I had any say in my brother in laws care then I would have chosen another funeral home. Now that we have had the viewing my wife and the family are very disappointed in the care of their loved one and the rudeness of the staff. I hope you take these reviews seriously and do not use this horrible place. My wife walked outside where the bathrooms are to get some air and they had caskets in the sun lined up, exposed to the elements on top of each other. RUN!!
