From the very first call to the final goodbye, Guerra & Gutierrez treated me and my siblings with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. Losing our mom was the hardest moment of our lives, and they guided us through every step with clarity and care, never rushing us and always making sure our wishes were honored. A special thank you to Marco. He was our steady point of contact and went above and beyond to take care of us and our mother’s arrangements. Marco explained options clearly, coordinated details we hadn’t even thought of, and checked in on us at the right moments.What stood out most was how personal the experience felt. We never felt like a number; we felt like family. Guerra & Gutierrez helped us create a service that truly reflected our mom’s life and love, and we’re deeply grateful for their guidance. Our family had an amazing experience with Guerra & Gutierrez Mortuary during one of the most difficult times in our lives. From the very beginning, everyone treated us with kindness, compassion, and so much respect while helping us make arrangements for our mom. We especially want to thank Marco. He went above and beyond to make sure our family felt supported every step of the way. He was patient, understanding, and always took the time to answer our questions and explain everything clearly. His genuine care and professionalism made a very emotional process much easier for us. We have had two immediate family members taken care of by Guerra Gutierrez. The amazing empathy, human touch and family values they treated our family with was unparalleled! Mr. Guerra himself took the time to drive our loved one to the cemetery, and called us personally when we had our second family member taken care of by them. From initial contact and even after both services there were still small personal touches. Every member of the staff here is amazing and go out of their way to show empathy! This is by far the only mortuary for our family! Thank you Mr. Guerra and Team!

My mom had passed away right after Christmas of 2024. Her funeral was in January 2025. She had "everything taken care of" as she would tell us. She didn't know that there was a lot more to take care of. We didn't know eather but the Gutierrez Motuary explained everything to us. They were being truthful and honest about the casket and flowers and Jessica was so reliable about everything! The funeral was perfect. In this side of the family, my brother and I were the only ones left and all that came gave us great compliments. But it was the Guerra Gutierrez Motuary and Jessica that get all the credit/recognition!

Very nice place and clean. Hate to be hear for Ovious reasons, had to bring a friend to make his mother's arrangements.

My loved one passed unexpectedly and I was referred here by a family member. They were so helpful from beginning to end. In every way. The speaker was great and his message really gave every one comfort. The helper that day was so compassionate and helpful with everything the whole time. Along with the help with planning and explaining everything from the staff.. I cant thank them enough for what they did during such a heart breaking time.

In December my mom passed away and we called Gurrea Gutierrez Mortuary. Whom helped us with the arrangements with the funeral services. . They were very helpful with my family during this difficult time.

I had a wonderful compassionate and very helpful experience with Mercedes. She went above and beyond to help me with my prayer cards and guest book. I unfortunately had already arranged for my Sons services to be at Forrest Lawn Covina and I was not treated half as kindly and helpful as I was here with Mercedes. I highly recommend this facility and especially Mercedes to help you with making final arrangements for your loved one. I so much wish I had came here first.
