I have no choice to leave this review It has been 12 days since they told me the cremation would be done in two days, yet it still has not been completed. There have been nothing but excuses. Every day, they say they are too busy. I honestly cannot understand this level of delay. They also promised to send the ashes to Korea, but at this point, I have no idea when that will happen. Since the cremation has still not been done, everything else is being delayed as well. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and stressful. I would never use this funeral home again, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

On behave of my grandma I want to sincerely thank the mortuary for the exceptional care they provided for my grandfather. During such a difficult time, everything was handled with professionalism and compassion. Jenny was incredibly helpful, guiding me step by step and making the entire process easy to understand. I also want to recognize Lee, Lim, and Rhee for their outstanding work in preparing my grandfather and assisting with the services and cemetery arrangements with great respect and dignity. I highly recommend this mortuary for their excellent service and support.

Would highly recommend Jenny and her team at Han Kook. We had a family member nearing end of life, so wanted to plan ahead of time. After talking with several providers, went with Han Kook as Jenny was sincerely interested in helping us through this difficult time and our concerns. And when the day unfortunately came, Ricky and Jenny were there to help make arrangements very early morning Sunday. We met the next day and they helped us understand the next steps and where they could help. All went according to plan and they were always available to provide updates as we moved through the process. Again, would highly recommend Han Kook and Jenny - they helped make the best of a difficult task to honor the passing of a loved one.

My father passed away in the wee hours of the morning and Ricky picked up right away and was extremely helpful. Jenny helped us with consultation the next morning and she was amazingly helpful and polite. We also received our death certificate right away and was very helpful in helping us navigate through a very difficult time. The prices are very reasonable and I recommend Hankook Mortuary very highly.

The manager, named Jenny, didn't contact the receiving funeral home in another state, so, my mom was at the airport with NO ONE knowing she was there!! Since the texts she sent me & husband was that my credit card didn't go through and the last phone concersation was of trying different cards and I asked if I can repay her. She said, "we'll talk later, I'm at the airport." That's why it's not a 1 star since she did try to help, though I didn't know it at the time. After sending her $ on zelle, I asked when will my mom be shipped out. She then calls me on 3 way with a representative from French's funeral home here and they chewed her out for me. I cried so much. She afterwards calls me and says that this is standard procedure and that everyone knows that the truck driver who delivered my mom in her coffin usually talk amongst themselves to sort this out, but since this was to the airport there wasn't any communication shared. When I told her this is my first funeral that I had anything to do with, then she finally apologized for assuming I knew what I was doing and for not communicating more clearly. Throughout the entire phone conversations, she kept mentioning the thousands of dol

It was our first time working with this funeral home and decided to work with them because they are fairly close to my home. My situation was very different and I was just hoping to find someone to assist us with patience and understanding. Unfortunately, for some health matters, I was unable to attend the funeral home to make the arrangements myself, so I sent my husband to handle the matter for my dad's services. After providing documentation for proof, he was able to handle the contract on my behalf. Jenny was supportive and understanding of our unique situation and was able to assist us with having the viewing go as scheduled without any delay. Once my father was transported to the cemetery, in Culver City, the burial team was delayed, but the funeral home representative traveling with my dad was very kind and communicative with my husband on updates about the wait. He patiently stayed with the family for the hour delay. I am truly grateful for working with this funeral home and having my dad have his final goodbye at this location.

I was made aware from my aunt’s friend about this mortuary company while I was preparing for my mother’s recent passing. I was connected with Jenny, the coordinator here at the mortuary. It was a very hard time, and this is the first time I ever had to arrange any kind of funeral procedure. Honestly, everything happened so fast and sudden with my mother’s passing, I really don’t know what I would have done if Jenny wasn’t there to guide me. She was very thorough, patient, and helped to explain the process in a way that I could understand despite the frazzled mind frame that I was in. My family and I decided that the best way to honor my mother’s body was to cremate her, and then place her in a niche. I went with the cremation package with Hankook Mortuary, and I felt that the price was fair and reasonable compared to that of its competitors in the area. I am so glad that I went with Hankook Mortuary not just because of the cost, but because of how smoothly her and her team have made the whole process seamless. It was already very difficult managing her sendoff through inpatient hospice, coordinating and working with the supportive care doctors and nurses, Jenny and her team helped

The staff was caring & responsive. They gave my father in law a wonderful funeral service. The whole family is grateful to Han Kook Mortuary for helping us get through a difficult time. Our funeral director was such a blessing to myself especially, and family, as we worked together to remember my father in law. He was very helpful and paid attention to details on the day, that made our time so much smoother, and better. I highly recommend Han Kook Mortuary if ever someone has to go through a process like this.
