I cannot remember the name of the man who helped me, but I genuinely had the best experience possible here. I had so many complications trying to get the car, and the staff was so extremely patient. They exhausted every option possible to make sure I was able to rent a car. They saw I was clearly flustered and cared so much more than they had to. They even allowed me to use one of their private spaces to contact my bank about one of the complications I was having. If I ever need to rent or know someone who needs to rent, I will recommend this place. Can’t express my gratitude enough!

I love renting from this location. Lionel and his team consistently provide outstanding customer service. In fact, it's the best service I've received compared to any other Hertz location. I actually drive all the way from Pasadena to Los Angeles because their level of customer care is worth it. The staff is always professional, friendly, and helpful, making every rental experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

When I got to Hertz rental, I received an extremely dirty car. It was filthy on the outside and filthy on the inside. There was crumbs of potato chips all over the floor and crumbs all over the seat. The car smelled like cigarettes it smelt so bad in there where it stunk up my clothes when I went to receive the car, I received 3/4 of a tank of gas. It wasn’t even filled up.

I had a really great experience with this rental company. Even though there was no car available for me at first that day, the staff were extremely patient and took the time to clearly explain the situation. Instead of simply turning me away, they genuinely tried their best to find a better solution for me. Their customer service was professional, friendly, and very understanding throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their effort and positive attitude, and I would definitely rent from them again in the future. Highly recommended!

So I work for Lyft and I rented a car to work. I have my own personal vehicle and I used the rental for just work. I went in May 4 and returned the car May 11. I need Hertz to contact me immediately because they are saying that I put 841 miles into the car which is a lie because when I got the car, the receipt that I got from returning the car says that the car had 102,000 miles which was a lie because when I got the receipt when I got it, it was at 110,275miles when I got the car thank god I have receipts and pictures the day. I got the car that's fraud that they are doing.
