I would like to thank your team for an outstanding rental experience during my 1.5-month stay in San Diego. The vehicle was excellent from start to finish. It was reliable, comfortable, and performed perfectly throughout my trip. I didn’t experience a single issue during the entire rental period, which made traveling completely stress-free. One of the things I appreciated most was being able to choose my own vehicle from the selection available in the parking lot at pickup. That was a great experience and made the rental feel much more personal. I ended up with a fantastic car and couldn’t have been happier with my choice. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Thank you for providing such a smooth, professional, and enjoyable rental experience. I will definitely be happy to rent from you again in the future.

Flight got delayed, but we thankfully made it to the rental car shuttle in time. Arrived to the floor at 12:30am and there were NO CARS left. The only cars left either had no keys or were reserved. We were then told we could take the last one left which is a 15 passenger van…but there’s only 2 of us going up to north county - and gas in CA right now is at the highest it’s ever been. Ren was very nice so this review is not against him. This review is for the management team. You failed everyone tonight.

I booked my rental through the Hertz app and arrived at the San Diego airport location to pick up a pickup truck, which ended up being the cheapest option at the time. The overall process was smooth, and the Gold Member check-in area was clean, organized, and efficient. However, once I reached the vehicle, I realized the truck was much larger than expected. Knowing that our hotel parking was underground, I politely asked if it would be possible to switch to a different car. Shena Harris was incredibly kind and immediately helped me find an alternative. Not only did she resolve the issue quickly, but she did so with genuine warmth, a great sense of humor, and some hilarious jokes after realizing we shared the same last name. I was able to pick up another car from the Gold Member section and continue on my way with a smile on my face and a great start to my vacation. Shena truly made the experience memorable and deserves a raise.

Process was very easy! Loved the rental shuttle pick up at the airport. Customer Service at the front desk was great at answering my questions. I didn’t get the full size car I signed up for due to limited selections. I got a mid size SUV which Hertz honored and it worked out perfect! Returns process was easy to follow.
