Be very careful with this hotel. I had a serious problem with my reservation, and they never resolved it or even replied to the numerous messages I sent. In my opinion, this hotel does not live up to the Hilton brand and appears to be managed by someone who lacks the qualifications expected in the hospitality industry. When a guest raises a complaint, the very least a hotel should do is respond, even if it disagrees with the guest. The way this hotel treated me was simply disgraceful.

The property has obviously been recently renovated. The rooms were very nice and new. One star off for the pettiness of taking the knob off the cooling control in the refrigerator to save money. The front desk clerk was nice enough, the night clerk was nicer. Room walls are thin; our neighbors were very loud and we heard all of it. The concern was the neighborhood. Graffiti and bars on many of the establishment windows. I would’ve felt better with secured parking and/or a dedicated parking lot security guard. We wound up bringing in all our luggage which was an inconvenience. Without the parking upgrade I doubt we would stay in this location again unless the neighborhood transformed more (it did seem like it was in the beginning stages of potentially getting better?)

Stayed here for a few days while in town for a game at PayPal Park. It was very quiet, seemed like most of the other guests there were people on business trips. Our room was very clean and comfortable. And the staff were all wonderful! Every employee I interacted with was very kind and friendly 10 out of 10 for all of them. Now it will not come as a shock that the food is very pricey. I had one dinner and a breakfast from the restaurant and the food was good, but .... You know it's a hotel restaurant so it's pretty over priced for what it is. But, if you're in a pinch it's a good option. Also just be prepared that drinking water is not very accessible here.

Hilton Diamond member here, really impressed with this Hilton Garden Inn. Great location, on site restaurant and bar. It’s far enough away from the airport that the noise doesn’t reach the hotel. Parking is $15 per night as a heads up and the parking lot is monitored nightly at 11PM. Several local restaurants nearby for convenience as well.
