Hotel is in a great location, and the service is decent. However, make sure you double-check that you’ve packed everything before you leave because if you accidentally leave something behind, you’re unlikely to get it back. Unfortunately, items seem to “disappear,” as the only response you’ll receive when you call is that nothing was found.

Can’t say enough positive comments about this location, staff and service. Rooms are very nice, clean, the elevators are extremely efficient, the Restauraunt is fantastic. I met Chef Robert and he told me many employees have been with Hilton for 15+ years and you can tell. We ordered a bunch of different plates and everything was excellent. We particularly liked the prosciutto Brie starter, so many flavors on one platter. I don’t think you can go wrong with any order. Armando and Horacio made us feel special on our Mother’s Day experience, I’d give 1000 stars if I could. Cheers to you Hilton!

The Secco restaurant was amazing. They gave me gluten free pasta and even showed me the box that they were using the pasta from! The food was so amazing and delicious. The staff was so kind and friendly. When I couldnt get a pasta because they weren’t making it that night the chef came out and apologized. I love this restaurant and hotel. The suite was so nice and I highly recommend this restaurant and hotel.

One of the best Hilton stays I’ve had in a long time, which was a great surprise! The location is excellent and makes it really easy to walk to tons of places downtown. The beds were SO comfortable — seriously some of the softest hotel beds I’ve had in a while. Another great surprise! The room was clean, the view was fun, and the lobby and bar areas were great for lounging. Front desk staff was also very friendly and made check-in easy. Would definitely recommend Hilton San Jose to anyone staying downtown and I know I’ll stay here again.
