This place is rich with Hollywood history and the building is so beautifully restored. The building itself feels alive and if walls could talk , oh the stories they would tell. Respect to the owner for restoring and preserving this beautiful property. My first time at the Hollywood athletic club was in 1999 after the source awards. I was in awe of its glamour and mysterious energy. I have adored the place ever since. Such an elegant timeless vibe. Nowadays the building is used for events and there are also lovely offices in the tower that are for lease. I had the pleasure of meeting with the fabulous ladies at the leasing office while shopping for a space to have my art studio. Robin is very charismatic and just an absolute pleasure to do business with and so is Dawn. I didn’t end up leasing this time around but would recommend to anyone. I’ll be patiently waiting for the perfect space to open up for me in the future.

Los Angeles Historic Cultural Monument (LAHCM) Cool lesser known landmark in Hollywood with a prominent history. Founded by Actors Charlie Chaplin and Rudolph Valentino and filmmaker Cecile B Demille. Built in 1924 by Meyer & Holler, the architectural firm behind Grauman's Chinese Theatre and Egyptian Theatre.
