Kind and considerate staff. I have never been treated so well at an ER. They gave me warm blankets while I waited in my room. My pain level : 6.5 Waiting time : 1 hour in a half, before being admitted to do bloodwork and get my own room. I arrived at 7:11 and left around 12am. The longest wait time happened between waiting to get Radiology exam, to waiting for results.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks and deep appreciation to the surgery staff and nursing team for taking such excellent care of my mom during her treatment for compression fractures of the spine. She had been in agonizing pain, and seeing how much better she felt after the surgery was an incredible relief. In addition to the back pain, she had also developed numbness in her leg. While the kyphoplasty was primarily intended to address the back pain, we were truly ecstatic to learn that she experienced significant improvement in her leg as well. A special thank-you to Dr. Shin for performing such a smooth surgery and for clearly explaining the process of transferring my mom to the rehab center afterward. I’d also like to recognize the administrative and pre-op staff for their thorough preparation leading up to the procedure—everything was explained clearly and unfolded exactly as described, like clockwork. I would also like to express my gratitude to the recovery ward staff. Everyone was attentive and compassionate, and my mom felt very well cared for throughout her stay. Today I had a bad experience with the security guard and the supervisor at Presbyterian Hospital. The security supervisor was very rude and disrespectful to patients' relatives. I respect the Hospital's policy of closing at 8pm. I got from work and was stuck in traffic. I came to the hospital after 8pm and requested that they reconsider me this time for 10 minutes to see my dad. They were so rude and didn't allow me to see my dad. Sometimes they should reconsider their relatives because they don't know what is happening. All nurses and doctors were so nice and provided great services. They should not talk like that. I will fall a complaint to their supervisor

💫I would like to thank all the medical staff who were on duty the night of July 28, when I had to visit a medical center in the U.S. for the first time. I’m truly grateful that I ended up in their care. Everyone responded very quickly, helped me recover, and surrounded me with attention. The atmosphere was calm, and the staff were kind, attentive, and professional. I especially want to mention one doctor, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, who spoke to me in Russian and even explained things in my native language. That was both unexpected and very comforting. During the X-ray, the machine also gave instructions in Russian, which helped me feel more calm and confident. Thank you for your sensitivity, speed, and genuine care. I truly felt supported…🫶

The ER here is good as far as I know. Been here twice and the staff is respectful. Particularly Milton, Kelsey, and Taiyesha. The first time I was here I was in and out. Second time was a three hour wait for a minor situation. Wait time was insane for something that took five minutes to take care of. The bathrooms could use some updating. But aside from that, staff is respectful.
