I booked a room for 10am-11pm on Dayuse. When I arrived at 10:30am they had difficulty checking me in on their end. They swiped my card 3x and kept saying it didn’t process correctly. I saw the pending $189 charge on my credit card but they insisted because the lady said last time it happened to her she didn’t get charged? Ok how is that my problem when it’s clearly showing up on my credit card. She offered to change the amount to $150 including the $50 refundable deposit for the inconvenience. I ended up not being granted that price and was charged the $189 minus the $50 deposit so $139 instead of 100. Just a not a smooth process on Hyatt’s end! Also to note: the doors next to mine slammed so hard it startled me every time! And there’s a loud generator sound that stays on all night- AC and fan was off. I had a corner room and still wasn’t quiet and did not get a decent rest.

Ray, is very nice and welcoming, Great attitude, greeted my guest and I on our way in. It was late night and we were exhausted. Our room was beautiful and getting a wonderful shower is oh my Very energetically refreshing after a taxing day and to get prepared for another. Hyatt always make me feel Great as have great memories during extreme times. I just love knowing for sure a good breakfast will be available before starting my day where our first meal of the Day allows us to be prepared for anything!

The room was nice and everything. I enjoyed the stay. However, I was charged double when I checked out. I did not realize it at the time. The next day, I called back, spoke to a manager, she said she will process the refund right away. And it should take 2-3 days to process. Then I waited for 2 weeks, nothing happened. I tried to call back. Its been 5 times that I left a message to the front desk, and they still haven’t responded to me. The receptionist took my info and forward it to the manager 5 times already and the manager still has not responded or processed the refund. It is getting frustrating getting a hold of the managers. However the front desk people was nice to take the message but I’m not sure if they did left a message or not.

Everything was great! The room was clean and the bed was spacious. I’d read some bad reviews beforehand and almost didn’t book, but we decided to give it a try—and it was the best decision we made. We booked two queen rooms and one king room, and each one came with a sofa bed, which was a huge plus. The only downside was that there wasn’t a microwave. That would’ve been really helpful with the kids, since we usually need to warm up food later in the day. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it.
