Poor quality. I wanted just well done nails for my WEDDING which I said multiple times. Left with bumps, not the right color, all different lengths, and glue/powder everywhere. I have cuts on 3 fingers as well which are bleeding. Wedding nails RUINED 😓

My experience here was less than ideal. I thought it might just be an off day and hesitated to write a review. I spent over $110(with tip) and after careful reflection I do not feel I got my money’s worth. From the start it was evident they didn’t value their customers. I felt somewhat ignored despite having scheduled an appointment. After 15 minutes I my pedicure was finally started. Said pedicure was not very relaxing and the foot massage was maybe 5 minutes instead of 10 minutes, which was what they listed under the service I purchased. What really got me was the dip manicure. It was my first time getting dip so I didn’t know what to expect. After my manicure began lifting within 8 days, I decided to go get a fill at a different salon and found out dip nails are supposed to last at least 2-3 weeks. During my service at the salon where I got my fill done I saw my tech due multiple steps that were skipped during my service at Jolie, which explains why my nails didn’t last long. Customer service is not great here and I can tell. My friend was not offered a beverage nor was I and I had to ask twice for our drinks. Mind you, it was not busy at all. I have come here every 3 weeks since February to get a pink and white fill, pedicure and my eyebrows and lip waxed. Every month i bring a new idea, and they have always hit it out of the park! Im so in love with the salon vibe, the music and tranquility and kindness of all the workers. I usually let anyone who's available work on me, and have never had any complaint. This time Cindy did my nails, I asked for pink with glitter and she added flowers with diamonds... OMG I don't post reviews much but I just HAD TO after this week's set!!! Look how cuuuteee!!! Coming here forever!!!! 😍😍

Love this nail salon, it always leave me satisfied. I always get my nails done by Kevin he always done a beautiful job and pays attention to details. Would recommend him and his wife

Never have I ever been to a salon that’s paid such close attention to detail and taken their time. Normally I feel like at other salons they rush and are trying to go as fast as they can. This was so nice. Relaxing and my nails never looked better! Hands down best gel manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. 10/10.
