My pedicure was perfect. I was greeted warmly by the owner right away when I walked in and my chair was ready at my appointment time. I was able to book my pedicure on ClassPass and upgrade in person to gel. They accept Venmo for tips, which is always really helpful because I always forget to have cash on me. I was in and out in 45 minutes and my pedicure is perfect. Next time I’ll splurge for a longer massage because it was great! I’ll be back!

If you’re wanting basic nail color, this place is fine But if you’re wanting to have nail designs or art, I would recommend going to somewhere else. I’ve been coming here for about a year and I started off with just getting basic nail color and recently I’ve been trying to get more art and I show them examples. They say that they can do the example, but it never turns out the way it’s supposed to. On these photos that I attached, you can see that the flowers look good but the lines look sloppy and rushed. I wanted them to redo it, but at that point I had already been there for two hours and had to get back to work, but I can’t believe that they thought it looked OK. Also, I straight up tell them that I want my nails short and when I say this, the nail tech tells me “oh short, it won’t look good” Then ignore me and proceed to give me nails longer than what I wanted, which is frustrating. I’m the one paying for it (and it’s not cheap!) This is all happens a few times now so at this point, I was like it’s time to write a review 3 stars, good for basic nail color, go somewhere else for nail art or designs

Such a fun experience at Twinkle Nails! The vibe is upbeat and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Nina is amazing—so detail-oriented and easy to chat with—and Brian clearly runs a great shop. You can tell they really care about their clients. Great service, great energy, and I always leave loving my nails. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this salon for a while and I usually get gel, which I’ve been happy with. This time I decided to get regular polish for the first time. While I was still at the salon, everything looked fine. However, shortly after leaving, the polish started forming bubbles and looked raised and uneven, as you can see in the photo. It also dried poorly around my cuticles. The same issue happened on my toenails. I noticed the person added acetone to the polish bottle because it seemed dry, shook it, and continued using it. I believe this may have affected the result. Unfortunately, I had to remove the polish as soon as I got home and redo it myself, so I ended up paying over $70 for something I couldn’t keep even for 10 mins… I’m disappointed because I’ve had good experiences here before, but this time was not acceptable. Yes the photos after 10 mins i got my nails done…
