UPDATED review: UNSANITARY! cockroach ran across the floor! Tech attempted to clean my toes with dirty tools! I had to ask for a clean tool to be used. old red gel left on my nails but I didn’t notice until I got home. So gross here and hope no one gets an infection

super cute shop and very nice people. I showed up three minutes before closing and they were so kind and still exepted me. I would definitely come back. they lady did my nails perfectly and was so sweet.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed wonderfully. I got there 30 minutes early for my appointment, and as soon as Lili became available, she took me in immediately. I showed her a photo of what I wanted, and the results turned out even better than the picture I showed her I was absolutely delighted! I had seen a lot of negative reviews claiming that they only do a good job to get the free oil they offer you for leaving a review, but I didn't even accept the oil. Honestly, Lili's work was spectacular; even though she was sick and wasn't feeling well, she treated me excellently. I just moved to La Mesa, and I am so grateful to have found my new go-to place!

I really liked the place. I was very impressed, they have all the latest nail design and trends. The type of art nail design is mind blowing. Im more on the natural side but their designs are very cute. The place looks clean and bonus, they offer welcome drinks. Prices are fair.

Update 2/21/26- I just have to take a moment to rave about Lily at Nails Paradise! I’ve been coming here for several months, but today was my first appointment with her—and wow, I’m seriously impressed. Lily is incredibly detail-oriented and did the most amazing job on my nails. My acrylic French tips are absolutely perfect! She has such a sweet, calm presence and really took her time to make sure every little detail was just right. You can tell she truly cares about her work and takes pride in making sure everything looks clean, polished, and flawless. If you’re someone who notices the details (like I do!), Lily is your girl. I’m beyond happy with how my nails turned out and already looking forward to my next appointment with her.
