Our room and bathroom were both small, with little space to put luggage. Even though it was before check out time, the housecleaners started cleaning our room while we were trying to move things out, and we almost lost some of our important belongings. However everyone was nice and cooperative and we managed to check out without any further issues. The spot is very close to Little Tokyo, which was very convenient.

VERY LOUD ROOMS. The hotel is located atop a nightclub, zero stars. Be sure you know what you are getting into before you stay. The rooms are barely bigger than a broom closet. The shower is tiny and the toilet is too close to the wall. Upon entering our room there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The shower drain is slow and almost overflowed after a three minute shower which wouldn’t have been an issue be cause there is an oddly placed drain in the middle of the bathroom floor that has the strong smell of sewage. The windows allows all the exterior noise into the room and do nothing to dappen the sound of the street, which includes drugs addicts, emergency sirens and transients. The best part of how bad it is it to stay here, and makes this place a 2 star hotel at best; they will rent you a room above the night club below so you can feel and listen to the music till midnight. Overpriced for this quality of stay. When I asked the desk clerk at 1030 if it was another room or the club below his response was “it’s Friday in LA”, if that is an acceptable answer in the HOSPITALITY BUSINESS then customer service is lost. I pick up this hotel is because it close to my tour pick up point (that is what i think before i go. At the end, my city tour is meeting in the other place, if i know that i will not pick this hotel) it is close to city hall, walt Disney concern hall, Broadway, nice but you need to walk up a slope to reach those places. the hotel is nice looking but the room is so small, it is only good for tiny people, for well fitted person or tall person, this is a challenge to live there. Room has all the amenities but room is so small, no where to put 2 people luggage flat, only your bed. the bed is so short, only good for 5"4 or below to sleep........ The bathroom is so small, the shower area is to tiny, you cannot even turn as you will hit everywhere when you do so....... the only good thing is there is hand hold shower ! price is cheaper but really hard to stay comfortable. If i know this before, i am willing to pay a bit more money then to live in other hotel. Sorry, not so recommend to American people who is tall and strong Staff is very nice thought, they have so lovely and helpful. it is very nice during night time, police car, fire truck, motorcycle, it is non stop through
