Words truly fail to express the depth of my gratitude. I entered Kindred alone and was deeply frightened, but my apprehension vanished the moment I met my physician and the incredible staff. It is rare to find an institution where such a vast group of exceptional individuals works in perfect harmony.From the meticulous housekeeping team to the senior physicians, every individual was nothing short of brilliant. The nursing staff, in particular, became like family to me, and I miss them dearly. Every department exceeded expectations; the physical therapy team was outstanding, and the dietary staff provided immense comfort. In fact, the dinners here beautifully evoked the warmth and nostalgia of the Sunday family meals from my youth. Furthermore, the social workers guided me with immense kindness, grace, and empathy. The wound care people were always there when I needed them. I only wish I could publicly recognize each and every staff member who impacted my journey. To the entire team: thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am currently on the road to recovery, growing stronger with each passing day. Edit: Scion health is privately owned, it’s all profit. Take note of any and everything they fail to do for you and your loved ones They’ve made massive errors in their treatment of my family, and other families, they’ve failed in ways permanently irrevocable. For now, I just want to warn other patients. If any hospital contacts you after a negative review, understand what you’re being asked to do. Assume any communication with the hospital’s “patient relations” department is being used to control the narrative, not resolve it. When institutions request “your full name, contact details, and review link,” they are documenting your complaint into their internal system rather than preserving it in the public record. This is standard practice: complaints move from public visibility into private channels where they can be managed, archived, or buried. If you’ve experienced harm, consider whether giving that information serves your interests or theirs. Document everything independently. Keep screenshots. Warn your friends and family.

Nurse Deanna is one heck of a great caring and professional person. She always provides outstanding service. Much thanks to her. Leadership provided by Sheri shows that the director is the leader of the pack. She and Deanna have always shown the caring and compassion that Kindred is run by. Since my wife inpatient we have an excellent experience from house keeing, lobby information, cna, nurse. We feel like a home and a family staff that take care accommodates with in a professional work they did. I'm highly recommend this hospital.

My Father was a patient in Kindred Hospital, I am very satisfied with the care, comfort and attention that they gave for my Father. Nurses and ICU staff are very helpful, caring and communication was good. Joshua was always kind and helpful to my Family concerns and needs. I appreciated the communication between the staff and me, they were always attentive and helpful with any concerns I had for my Father care. Thank you Kindred Hospital for the care and communication. I would definitely recommend Kindred Hospital for any care and comfort that any Family would want for their loved ones needs.
