Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Los Angeles follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I visited around 9pm 4th of July. Busy, yet staff was WONDERFUL. Front desk lady was so personable and efficient, handling a lot of clients with empathy. Dr. Aghoian-Stubbs is so fantastic - an extremely thorough veterinarian. Addressed my dog's issue quickly, holistically, and also gave great advice for my dog's other routine issues. The staff understands cost concerns and provides multiple options. If you need an emergency vet, this is one of the best options in the area.

THANK YOU!!! At 3:00 am on a Sunday morning in April 2026, my cat, Yoda, had a sudden medical issue. I first called MASH on Santa Monica Blvd; they told me to call LAASER, which I did. They answered right away, and I rushed Yoda over there. It turned out to be a heart and circulatory condition, for which there were no reasonable treatment options. I made the unexpected and very tough decision to put her down. In a stressful situation, I could not have asked for a better team of people for support. I wish I remember the names of the ER staff and the Veterinarian herself to acknowledge personally. Everyone was attentive, caring and professional. Despite the outcome, I feel grateful LAASER was open and easy to find and work with. I would highly recommend LAASER to anyone. They even sent me a condolence card which meant so much.

I brought my puppy, Milo, in because I was concerned he might be experiencing a medical emergency. Upon arrival, we waited approximately 20 minutes before a staff member took him to the back and told us they would evaluate him and prepare a room for us. After that, we remained in the lobby for about an hour and a half with little to no communication. During that time, I saw numerous other clients come and go, but I received no updates about Miloβs condition or where he was in the process. I eventually had to approach the front desk myself to ask what was happening. At that point, I was informed that Milo had not yet been seen by a doctor and was simply waiting in a kennel while they waited for another veterinarian to arrive. What was most frustrating was not necessarily the wait itself, but the lack of communication. Had I been informed about the delay from the beginning, I could have made an informed decision about whether to wait, seek care elsewhere, or at least remain with my puppy. As a pet owner, it was upsetting to learn that Milo had been sitting in a kennel for such a long period without updates while I was under the impression that he was being evaluated. I understand

This place is a legitimate Vet Hospital so be prepared to pay a little more. They saved my dog's life. They are well staffed and have several Vet Doctors. I recommend a good pet insurance plan ahead of time. They are a little pricey from other locations. Definitely clean and professional.

My dog's back legs gave out one day and we took her in to see what's going. Unfortunately since we couldn't afford to get her examined through MRI, we her took back home with the meds they prescribed us to see if she gets better. Few days later and she has not improved so we made a difficult choice and have her euthanized. The staff were very friendly and helpful with us especially during this time. We even received a card from them with her paw prints and sample of her fur. This act of kindness has touched my family's heart and we're very grateful for the staff as well as everyone else who has helped us.
