This one it was going to be the clinic of my dog for one year already, everything great until we started having attitud problems with one of the receptionist. On one visit, my dog peed on the floor, she was a puppy and she peed a little, she showed attitude towards my wife, saying to the dog they have at the clinic: "I know it wasn't you, because you know where to go". My wife apologized for the inconvenient and say that she was going to clean up, she refused but still showed up attitude. Today, I went into the clinic as a walk-in, (I know that you need appointment) but I went because my dog was peeing on a really brown color the night before and I couldn't make one, I got there with my dog and I said that I have an emergency( for me, was an emergency since my dog is family and I wanted to know what is wrong with her to act as fast as possible) she told me that the doctor was at surgery, and that they were totally booked for that they and that there were just openings for the next day. I completely understand, and I was never rude, she asked: "is your dog vomiting or faiting?" I said no, then she addd with mean tone, "So is not an emergency" then she said, "if you wanna go get tha

10/10! I used to go to this vet for a few years while I lived close by - they were always kind and provided great service. fast forward a couple years and my pet insurance was denying my claim due to a “pre-existing condition”. Dr. Chung and Dr. Min were more than happy to look at my pups medical records and provided a strongly worded letter that eventually helped me overturn my claim and get refunded. If you need a vet, these guys will take care of you.

The BEST pet clinic in LA! I’ve been a loyal for years, ever since I moved to LA. Dr. Chung is such a wonderful, knowledgeable, and dedicated vet. The staff is always welcoming, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I especially love that they do non-anesthesia dental cleaning every month! My 12yrs old cat gets regular check ups here and even had surgery last year and Dr. Chung provided truly top notch care throughout the entire process. It’s such a relief to have a clinic I can trust completely. Highly recommended!!!

I’ve been bring my pet here for a long time. I have always had a positive experience, from the front desk to the doctors, everyone is very friendly. They have always taken good care of my dog and they have always given me thorough explanations and don’t ask me for unnecessary procedures. Overall they are very helpful and kind, I wouldn’t take my baby anywhere else.

Little Tokyo Pet Clinic is the best! I have been going here with my dog Moose since I’ve rescued him (2021). He’s had hip surgery with Dr. Chung and recovered beautifully. He also has allergy issues and I really appreciated how Dr. Chung explained all the options for me clearly. Moose now is very happy with the allergy treatment we agreed on and doing great! They have never pressured me into paying for an expensive test or been pushy about his care. I really like how they lay out all the options and understand that pet care is expensive and will work with you on giving your pet the best care within your budget. Please give them a try!
