Great security team. They do the best they can even though a lot of the public and staff treat them poorly (especially the nurses, they are just plain mean). If they weren't here, something bad can happen. I guess no one thinks about that? Nice hospital in general, but maybe if nurses weren't busy gossiping and talking smack about security and did their job, the wait time would be shorter.

If you ever HAVE to go, RUN FOR THE HILLS if Dr. Diego Gomez is attending the ER. He comes in like he has to get home in the next 5 minutes, attacking you with quick fire questions (interrupting as youβre attempting to answer whilst being in pain) only to prescribe you medicine YOUβRE ALLERGIC TO! When I called to inform him, he rudely told me to tell the Nurse next timeβ¦ I DID!! The triage nurse and the nurse in the back both knew Iβm allergic to Lidocaine! The man then says βMake sure itβs documented next timeβ¦β WHOA! When did I become an RN? When did I start working for LA General?! I just thought I was the patient whoβs in unbearable pain!! My only responsibility is to inform your staffβ¦ itβs not my fault if someone dropped the ball but as the final eyes, The DOCTOR shouldβve realized, but not Mr. Gomez. He was dismissive with horrific bedside manner from the beginning. It tracks heβd make such a crucial mistake with how he was rushing. Iβm filing an official complaint with the medical board. This is inexcusable as it couldβve been deadly. Cocky and arrogant- itβll catch up with you one of these days and I pray nobody dies from your negligence and ignorance. This review is SO

Worst emergency room ever! U literally got to wait atleast 8 hrs before seeing the doctor. No matter what level of pain ur in. I been waiting since 10am and it is now 4pm. It is the worst. This is the 2nd time that I come here and have to wait too long that I just get up n leave to another emergency room. This is ridiculous!! Dont come here they dont care if ur dieing. U will wait all day. And for the most part. They are all on their phones not doing anything to make things move faster. Very disappointed. Im about to leave again not seen by no doctor. Literally a waste of my time spent here all day just not to be seen. If there something serious wrong with me and they failed to see me in a timely manner.. believe me im going to come back to Sue this place.

They literally made me stay in the lobby because I went to the 7th room three times since my mother doesn't know English. She was scared and shaky, and the man who was sitting in the front door told me to back off. He was extremely rude not only to me but also the other people who tried to go inside with their kids.
