Lana did my full set of gelx nails and Kim did my Luxury pedicure with gel polish. The Marriott vacation Club concierge recommended them and I couldn’t be happier!!! They were fantastic!!! My feet and legs were sore and hurting but are not only beautiful but pain free now. They both did the best job on my hands and feet that I have ever had done… EVER!!! Plus, they were incredibly efficient and kind. I cannot recommend them enough!

Do not go here—unsanitary and consistent issues/rude staff and varying prices. I’ve been going here for 5 months due to convenience for gel dip manicures which they should take off their services. I always ask for gel powder, they say they can and then try to convince me to do something else like regular or acrylic despite me constantly saying no. Everytime someone takes off my gel polish, they end up cutting me. Pictures of my last manicure attached. The last time I went, they cut me as they were removing my polish and blamed me for having “too hard of nails”. After bleeding, they continued, cut me again, then gave up and had me soak my nails in a bowl of acetone and take off the polish myself which is something I pay for. This left a weird residue on my hands and made my nails extremely brittle. I have naturally strong and long nails and complained about the acetone and they said the gel ruined them which has never been an issue in the past with the same salon, there was no accountability. The nail tech left me to remove the polish and started a different customer instead which was very unprofessional. They also called my hands too hard/strong and I left extremely upset and offe

Overall an “ok” experience. My technician was very friendly, lovely and nice, but seemed a bit rushed and the end result looks rushed as well. I called ahead to make an appointment, and if there was not enough time to see me I would have rather waited. $77 for gel extensions and no cuticle work or offer for cuticle work/clean up and no cleanup under nails either. A lot of glue left underneath sadly. There is bubbling on my top coat for each hand, and I would probably not recommend or return as this was my first time here.

what what I asked for versus what I got… Pedicure was awesome. The shape was really good but I wish the guy that did my nails would’ve been honest about not being able to do them like I asked. I have gel caked up underneath my nails and he COMPLETELY missed the mark with the design. Why didn’t I notice? I was busy chatting with a new friend in the chair next to me. 🤦🏾♀️ Nonetheless, I thanked him for his service and tipped. BTW- This review is coming from someone who drives over an hour to get their nails done back home in Atlanta. I don’t mind going the extra mile to pay for quality. This was a huge disappointment, considering this was my first set 6 months and they were for a romantic vacation. $160 total for the service.

My first time here on a Saturday. I must say I am very happy with their very friendly service. It is the weekend before Christmas and was very busy, but I only had to wait 15 mins which really isn't too bad considering before the holidays. While I was there, I can tell that there are repeat and regular clients which means I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a new Nail Salon. However, keep in mind this location is in downtown.
