Before I called the office I had read their reviews first. So, I gave them a shot. Traveling multicity family of 5 with vacation packages (at least inquiring). The person that answered gave me a quote $1k more than Expedia yet he was cordial and efficient. He said he will have another lady call me to provide more info on vacation packages. It’s going to be almost a week, meanwhile the rates are rising day after day. I am not going to wait and take my business elsewhere. The reviews about “failure to return to clients” are pretty accurate. Thanks for your time!

I called the San Jose, CA Mango Tours. A gentleman answered. I explained what information I needed. He got my cell number and email, and I was informed that an agent would contact me. It has been 5 days. I have not heard from them at all. As of now, I am giving them 1 star as customer service is non-existent. I will come back to update this review if I hear back.

The staff will help you look for a cheaper price I been buying my travel tickets to the Philippines.

They helped me to find the best flight to bring my daughter home. The price provided was the same as the on line bookings, except their booking is garaunteed, unlike web-sites who say you were to late, and offer higher fees.

We wasted over a month trying to work Larry. He book out initial fights to Manila with securing our seats for my family of 5. We wanted to be sure we all sit together Husban and my three little Kids. We also had several other flights and hotel / Resorts we needed to book. He told us he could not do it that day. But he would get back to us in two days With a list of opion and price Based On our request. Two days came and went I email No Response a week later. I called a few times with no luck Because He left for vacation. Ok Fine So I waited another week. Still Nothing So I drove down there He Could not help me he said ther internet was down. He Just keeped giving me excuses to why he had Not emailed us or contacted us about book our addional flights / Hotel. After a month Of trying to be understanding. He Still had sent us nothing that we had asked for. Then to top is Off th Holiday package we were trying to book through Mango Tours that price had double from what there brosure stated. We went ahead a book everything our self online and saved our self lots of money...... One day before our flight to go to check in And the flight had been changed with no Notification from Mango T
